I saw all of these when they came out and own the VHS. The only way to watch these on the home big screen is this format. The 3 originals are among the best made.

I debated wether or not to purchase the original or the full Star wars saga...man! I am glad I purchased this separate from the newer 3. This copy comes with blu ray and dvd.

Was hesitant to buy the steel books but this comes with extra features, watching the OT in blu Ray is beautiful, though it shows Greedo shooting first it's still a great buy

I'll be donating my DVD copies of the trilogy. These movies look amazing. I was surprised at the crispness of the images for a 40 year old film. Great buy.

This is a must have for any Star Wars fan. Contains both the Blu Ray and DVD. Enjoy the force and pass it on to the next generation!

Love these movies! They are so entertaining and enjoyable. Love Episodes IV, V, VI! These were more enjoyable for me than Episodes I-III So glad I finally got the Blu Ray version.

Our family enjoys this set. My wife and I remember seeing the first films in the theater years ago. Great quality on these discs and plenty of extras. Enjyable

Great blu-ray combo pack of the first three Star Wars movies. Also a great opportunity to show a newbie who hasn't seen it. It also has fantastic behind the scenes footage.

The blu rays are very high quality, and it's great to get the original trilogy in high def. Unfortunately, Lucasfilm/Disney has not seen fit to release the untampered versions of the films, and it doesn't appear it will be happening any time in the foreseeable future. So for now, this is the best quality, best version of the original trilogy we're going to get.

These are only 3 of the star wars movies I was interested in (the original 3 classics) so it was the perfect set for me. Great classic movies that the whole family loves.

Who doesn't love a great classic updated on to BLU RAY!! Not to mention i didn't have to buy the first 3 movies with jar jar in it.

What more can I say? This has all 3 of the original star wars films in one box. Perfect to spend a night in and binge watch!

Even though these are the "Special Edition" versions, they still evoke the same feelings I remember from my youth. It is great to share these movies with my own kids.

I love that the original movies are all together in a boxed set for a great price!! FYI these are the remastered versions, but it's okay, the force is still with them.

Got this on sale. Besides being the best 3 Star Wars movies, comes with both DVD and Blu-Ray discs. Packaging isn't the best I have seen, but it is very good.

Purchased this as a graduation present for someone who did not have the entire Star Wars set. A great addition of DVD's for someone and a great addition to the saga to watch

you know you want this! These are the special editions, but they are great! Ignore the controversy over Lucas's changes to his own works and just enjoy these classic movies!

If you weren't impressed with Jar-Jar or the horrible love story that is Episode II, then just stick with the tried and tested trilogy. It looks and sounds great on Blu-Ray.

Have you seen Star Wars? If you need to read a review to know if you want to buy this or not you truely have been living under a rock. It's worth it though.
