Customers praise StarBlood Arena's immersive VR experience and impressive graphics, frequently citing the fun factor and smooth controls. Many appreciate the game's multiplayer options and find it to be a worthwhile purchase, especially considering the price. A few players noted potential motion sickness, however, suggesting caution for those sensitive to such effects. The game's compatibility with PSVR is also highlighted.

Multiplayer Works On Wednesdays!

If you go to the PSVR reddit forum you will see the dev community manager is hard at work carving out play nights on Wednesdays at 6PM PT.
The game is much more simple and fun than Eve Valkyrie for me since the maps are much more close quarters. It's sort of like Overwatch/COD in ships since there are a lot of unlockables and each character plays pretty differently. I wish there were more players in multiplayer though since when you get into a 4vs4 on Wednesday nights the game can get pretty crazy!
There is some decent single player via Burn Circuits which is similar to playing Twisted Metal in VR since it's just sort of a battle royale in map versus the AI. I wouldn't say it's that easy though since you have 1 be #1 to be able to beat each burn circuit level and I believe there are 8 of them. 4 "easier" ones and 4 "harder" ones.

I really enjoy this game; the graphics are great, movement is good with little to no motion sickness and tons of unlockabkes. It's a mixture of descent and RIGS though I feel it has more character. Unfortunately it can be a challenge to find players online (though you can compete with bots) which is a shame since I feel the developers put their heart into this (they even play online on wednesdays). It's a steal for $20

A reasonably price addition to my VR portfolio of games. Not a huge hit, but at the price I paid, it was definitely worth it.

Game is great. But it is a multiplayer game first and foremost... and without people online to play with, this game is dead.... I hope more people buy this game so we can have some matches online, the only games we have been able to find lately are with a crew in a party, that's about it. Also, check out KORIX... it is a great PSVR game too, but we need more players online to enjoy fully.

A great PSVR combat space multiplayer game. I enjoyed my time in it! Unfortunately the game has close doors to the servers and no longer works.

This game is awesome. If you've ever played Descent on PC years ago it's a lot like that. Controls great, has single player and multiplayer. One of the best games on PSVR.

VR? Check. Descent-style 360-degree spherical gameplay? Check. Bright, colorful flashing things? Check. Single player (so I don't have to pop immediately online and get stomped)? Check.
A great overall VR experience on PSVR. Only slightly-cringeworthy element of this game is a couple of the pilot designs (Looking at you, blue guy).
Make sure to give yourself some time to get your VR legs on this one. You'll be tumbling, turning, rolling, and moving at a pretty good clip, and if you're not used to it this experience can be a little rough.
It's worth the effort to get used to it, though.

I think starblood arena is a fine PSVR game for the first generation. the psvr is a nice gaming add-on but most of the games are not really worth owning as they last, at most, a few days. It looks like higher quality PSVR games are coming out, so if you pickup 1st gen titles like this cheaper, the time is now.

I searched for a while before getting this over Eve, primarily because people had said it had a better single player experience than the Eve game.
It's a reasonably fun game, and while I didn't get motion sickness, I did start to feel a little off after ~30 minutes of play. Otherwise very fun.

Latest update adds Quickmatch making it easier to find online matches. Also, the Starblood Arena community on PSN has open parties and events daily.
Lots of variety and customization between characters. Great game, just needs more players so it continues to grow.

This game is fun to play and the VR Quality is quite good.
I will say that I have motion sickness, and when flying around in this game, I did get motion sick. I will consider taking Dramamine (or something similar) moving forward.
