Not aware they were all inactive when I gave them out.... and guess what I live in CA and everyone I gifted the cards are in MA, BUT I am the only one that can call to activate it, so Now since BestBuy could not solve this problem, I have to call everyone I gifted these cards to and ask for a serial number and tell them I have to activate it ...Truly annoyed and embarrassed, and The BestBuy representative gave me no option other than place me on hold for 30 minutes! SERIOUSLY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN IN BOLD RED LETTERS AND REPEATED IN DELIVERED EMAIL!
