No Technical Support!

Technical support is practically non existent. I used the AI who said they would create a support ticket for me. Three days later I had not heard from them. I had purchased the Geek Squad coverage. When I called them for help, they offered to send a technician out - for $140. I boxed it up and returned it. The second kit worked fine. I love the speed and connectivity but despise the lack of technical support.

If you have access to Fiber or Ethernet, stick with those. But if your options are slow DSL or satellite, this Starlink kit rocks and is a better alternative to the latter mentioned.

Poor Starlink customer service

If Best Buy is going to sell these, I think that Best Buy staff should become more knowledgeable on the item.
