Starlink has been great. Best Buy Customer Service not so much. Putting the product on sale for 50% off 14 days after my purchase but refusing to honor the price guarantee because I didn’t see it unti 15 days and 11 hours later? Then refusing to alllow me to speak to a manager either in store or through the call center. I’ve made two purchases this year from Best Buy…they will be my last. Factory direct or Amazon moving forward. You need to do better Best Buy.

Was hesitant but the thing worked great and I'm getting 300+mb in the middle of nowhere. Its great. Still though, not gonna lie, the price is still high for the monthly service. $150 is pretty steep. 120 isn't bad. I would of gone with that but my condo has no clear access to the sky. I paid the 150 so I can pause the service until I am at my cabin.

I purchased this right after hurricane Helene. I kept hearing about Starlink and didn’t know what it was. Thankfully I took it with me when I went out of town and or Airbnb didn’t have WiFi. This saved our 10 person weekend!!

My husband and I are happy with our Starlink and it works well where we live at!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, we have had the worst internet through our phone company and then satellite. This internet is hands down the best we have had! No buffering or going in and out! I highly recommend anyone in low quality intenet places to purchase this!
