Recently relocated to a very rural/remote area with no cable/fiber connectivity. I WFH and Starlink has kept me online without missing a beat.

Your salesman told me a Geek Squad member would come do a survey to see if Best Buy could install the equipment. He came and said no problem. Then we waited 2 weeks with no word. I went to the store to see what the issue was, only to be told your Geek Squad wouldn’t install it. I found an installer. It cost me $500. Get your act together Best Buy

Great product for remote internet. I definitely recommend if you’re living remote or traveling via RV.

Love the starlink and it shipped out quick. That Starlink was just what we needed.

Works pretty good overall and is technologically advanced. It was just a little confusing to set up and frustrating because there is no tech support you can call. The equipment is fine though and it does its job well. I bought a house in the mountains and so it was tricky to find internet access... this does the trick.

Awesome product especially on rural areas. Replaced my old service for Starlink …no hassle and cancel anytime. Also get the Starlink app.

I’ve been very happy with the Starlink package I bought from my local BestBuy. It took about 30 minutes to set up and maybe another 10 to download the app and start service.

Great option when you're on the move and don't have WiFi access. Works well, not perfect unless you have a 'clear' view of the sky, but if you do, you'll love it!

Purchased this Starlink so I can travel while working remotely and its been nothing short of perfect. I can get great service even with one quarter of the view completely blocked.
