Wasteful time and money

However when you get a new unit and right out of box it has a defective csble. Does best buy offer to sen a replacement NO I have to return it and wait for them to process it. Had it not been for the ridiculous returns procedure just to get a 20.00 cable I would have give a 5 star review but since best buy wants to be difficult they get a 3 star
