We absolutely love our Starlink! Our Best Buy associate could not have been more helpful!

good to finally have reliable internet in our RV. Been struggling with hot spots and it just doesnt work well when in remote areas with zero tv signal and all you have to rely on is streaming

Only problem was the wall mount We could not put it up until the snow went away and when we put it up it did not tilt and that's what your salesman recommend it so then it was too late to return it which I think was very wrong I can understand electronics but things like that should be able to be returned more than 15 days

We I’ve our new Internet wish we would have made the leap sooner.

The only thing that is frustrating is if you want to install it as a permanent side mount option it is hard to find all the parts sold together on any 1 website. Wish best buy would sell all parts needed to install yourself or would have not discontinued having them install it like they first started to do. Have not been able to use as of yet. Will have to revise review if able to mount soon. Put no but not sure would recommend yet. Will update once getting it hopefully up and working soon.

Easy set up with the app. It guides you on the correct orientation. For satellite internet it is blazing fast and low latency. Monthly rate is pricey.

The service is overall good, but does not compare if you have fiber or gigabyte in your area. Also, after purchasing, there could be potential extra deposit. You have to pay Starlink so I would look into that before purchasing at a retail store.

I returned this model due to the mount. But I reordered a Starlink kit again (different model) through Best Buy. My neighbor bought one and highly recommended it.

The Starlink Standard Kit AX Tri‑Band Wi‑Fi system is a colossal disappointment masquerading as innovation. Sure, setup is simple and speeds beat DSL, but the included Gen 3 router is garbage—coverage drops off faster than user patience, and any serious home network requires junking it for a third‑party mesh router to get decent signal. And customer support? Non‑existent. Activations fail, long delays, no help—classic SpaceX silence.

Very good and well built technology. You have wifi anywhere in a world.
