I bought this for our camper. I was a little concerned that everything sits outside, I’m thinking people can just steal the whole thing in the middle of the night. Then I just tried to watch TV and it said it was obstructed. So I thought every time I wanna watch TV I gotta go outside and move the satellite . No, that’s not gonna happen.

be careful purchasing through Best Buy if you're not very confident on Starlink service and speeds in your area. Their return window is half of everyone else (only 15 days instead of 30) and they refuse to price match THEIR OWN PRICE if you buy it and it then goes on sale. Policies like this are why brick-and-mortor stores are dying and Amazon and New Egg are thriving.

Best if you live out in the middle of nowhere and are unable to get wifi. If you are in a city, you wont get anything but 100mbps and constant disconnections. The cheapest service is $120/mo. You're better off with a better internet provider.

Unfortunately Best buy sent me an open box used system that did not work starling was great they replaced it with no problem but Best buy do better stop selling open box products as new you should have never shipped this to me when it was already opened that's really sad business practice

The product is amazing but the service I received not so much. The product went on sale one day out of my return policy and I was unable to receive a refund for the difference through Best Buy. I also received the product damaged but still functioning. I have Still yet to be able to receive a replacement for the damage product.

Went out after 5 months. Under warranty, but starlink support sends out replacement items 1 at a time and they take over a week to receive. Currently been without service for 11 days and support wants us to wait another 7-10 days for another replacement item to ship out. Refusing to overnight product. Not a solution for homes requiring reliable service. Also, you cannot speak with a live person in support. Only chat online. They take 30 minutes+ to respond.

1 star for Best Buy. 16 days after I purchased it the price dropped $200 and support said couldn’t help me since out of the return window.

Our experience was terrible. We canceled the order after the Geek Squad canceled three installation dates spread over a two-and-a-half-week period. We finally grew weary of that group's behavior. We opted for a competitive streaming solution.

I still do not have this set up I had to go back three times to get the right parts and when I ordered the last [art I was told I did not need the second item (the roof mount) but the thrid part the part that attaches the roof mount to screen still needs the roof mount I do not think you have a clue

The customer service received in store was not good. They said as a new policy that there was no one that could help with setting up the star link I purchased while out of town trying to work remotely. Thankfully I was able to figure it out with no help from Best Buy on a purchase of over $600
I would give 5 stars if I were just reviewing the products itself.

I never got a chance to try this out. I had to return it because Best Buy does not carry accessories needed to mount the Gen 3 to roof. When I asked the store, I was told they do not carry accessories, just sell the unit and the display model was either Gen 2 or Gen 1 so was unaware that I would need to order additional mount from Starlink.
