NOT HAPPY! With the amount we spent on this, it should work. There isn't a customer service number to call for set-up assistance, there isn't any support whatsoever! The app will not allow for a membership connect account. This is simply absurd!

I purchased a STARLINK system that will not recognize our address. It says that our address is invalid. Best Buy refuses to take the item back because it has been past 15 days. I ordered the item while at work out of town. The 15 days was past by the time I got home and tried to activate the system. Now I'm out over $700 but they say they won't work with me.

Price dropped 50% less than three weeks after purchase. Best Buy only honors 15 days to return. Wouldn’t purchase this product from Best Buy, when the manufacturer offers a free 30 day money back guarantee.

Was dealing with them about a return and had the 14 day return policy expire while communicating with them. In the process they had a 100 Dollar price reduction, which they wouldn't honor, so now I have a defective product while paying full price. I wouldn't buy a candy bar from them now

15 day return policy or you have to buy their “membership” for $50. Please. RIP Best Buy, after the thousands upon thousands I have spent there over the years. They lost this customer

Don’t know how the product was, couldn’t get it to connect. But customer service was horrible, paid $60 for geek squad protection and they wouldn’t help at all.
Then tried to return it and was accused of switching products, wouldn’t recommend Best Buy to my worst enemy.

Starlink is probably a great product but Best Buy was pathetic and I cancelled the order and took my business elsewhere. I had called to confirm the product was in stock and ready to be picked up. I was reassured twice that the product was at the store waiting for me. I drove two hours to be told, actually nah we don’t have it. Simply put, lost a customer for life.

The installation of this purchase has been a disaster. I was expecting pros from geek squad but got contractors who seemed to be doing their first installation of star link. It is still not properly installed after several attempts. Customer support has been good.

The product is great.....but the instating is a MESS!!!! Took 3 weeks to get it, and that was after I canceled my order, went to the store and bought it, then had my neighbor install it for me. The product is great...but the rest is a MESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Impossible to connect. You must hire someone to install it to the roof of your house and run wire to the inside of your house. Very expensive just to hook it up. And it cannot connect to the internet.

Best Buy hosed me with there crap 15 day price match! Million dollar company and do nothing for you and there customer call line same useless they lie lie. Will never buy an item again. Best thing for them to do is go out of business. Stick it to the customers.....

Nightmare! Bought Nov 25, 2024 and as of today February 6,2025 it is still not activated even after many trips to the store. Even paid for installation!
