I got Starlink in April 2024, at first it was good the speed was great and I was able to do everything I needed. By September my speeds are averaging 7Mbps and I can just barely stream tv. Starlink customer service sucks they don’t care just raise the price and give crappy service and internet. They say it’s due to high volume in my area but we live in a 5th wheel and travel to a lot of areas, and they are rural areas with low population. It a lot of money($160 a month) for a average of 7Mbps, just beware and don’t expect anything but bad service from them.

If ur looking to purchase starlink for gaming I dont recommend, download speeds are horrible & it’s too expensive for what it is. The ethernet wire doesn’t help the connection either.

I could not find on the best buy app how to pose a question. It would seem third party wifi extenders would be compatible with the starkink router. Is that the case?

The best wifi, we have excellant service. We use it at our home and take it with us when we go camping.

Foaled up my smart home. Geek squad install is a horrible mess hanging off my house. Product is over price and just ok.

Star link has no number to call for customer service and they don’t respond to the email or chat until they are ready. 4 days later doesn't seem ok. We purchased this unit on Thursday to keep track of our race car out in the desert. Couldn't get it to link up do to there system showing it was already registered to someones account. Couldn't get any help for four days, by then the race was over.

I have not been able to get this set up via Starlink - their customer service support is TERRIBLE!
