Best Buy made getting Starlink Standard super easy—ordering was smooth, pickup was fast, and staff answered all my questions. The Starlink kit was well packaged, simple to set up, and the internet speeds are fantastic. Reliable connection, great value, and excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

After dealing with my phone company's internet, which was plagued by many outages and slow speeds, even when it said it wasn't, this is a terrific alternative for us rural users! I'm not a fan of Elon, but he wouldn't be any poorer if I didn't take advantage of this service, or any richer with me as a subscriber. I've had it for over a year with only a couple of outages (both worldwide). I only wish I had this when I was working at home during COVID. I had it working within a half hour of bringing it home, but it took a while for a permanent installation, as it took some attic and roof work.

We couldn't be happier with the difference starlink made in our home internet service.... We've tried all of the major ISP that service our area and not a single one lived up to the promises of being the best or having the most coverage...Starlink does come with a few issues of its own but nothing that cant be tweaked.. setup was straightforward, everything from placement to positioning to alignment to setting up the acct was easy to accomplish in a few hours time... The consistent service that Starlink is providing to us more than justifies the $350 startup equipment cost ( On sale at Best Buy) & the $125 monthly service fee...Any of your friends, family & neighbors that use your referral code to sign up for their new Starlink service gives you a free month of service... So use those referral codes...

The hardware itself is easy to install and set up and the app is much better with the updates over the past few months. Unfortunately, you have to have a very clear opening of the sky to have continuous connectivity; pretty much an open field about 1 acre in size by my guess. The wifi range is impressive for the 2.4 GHz band. Speeds for both bands was good. The hardware failed me after about 10 months of use. In the process of making a claim on the 24-month hardware warranty.

Was easy to install and easy set up didn't take much

We live in the middle of nowhere, have no good internet access, decided to try starlink and have been pretty impressed. It has been very reliable and fast. Was able to cancel T-Mobile internet which was super unreliable and SLOW, Starlink has been a tremendous improvement.

It was so easy to install, and it gets better 'reception' than any satellite dish from any company we have used in the past. The best part is that we own this equipment. The price of internet per month is lower than any other company we've tried, and this is the only one without a contract. It's portable too for camping trips

I would recommend Starlink to anyone! I live in the countryside and we have no options for high speed internet other than cell companies and while they work they dont always have dependable service. We have had starlink for around 8 months now and we couldnt be happier with this purchase!

Easy setup, less than 30 minutes, and has been working great since the Hurricane, and hurricane relief until the end of the year, Fiber may be back by then.

I purchased the Starlink 3 from my local Best Buy and it was available to pick up within a couple of hours. The Starlink was easy to install and provides lightning fast speeds.

After purchasing Starlink, internet is impressively fast and reliable even in remote areas. Setup was quick and easy, and latency feels low for streaming and gaming. Service stays consistent through most weather. Customer portal is straightforward. Overall, excellent connectivity.

Incredibly easy to install and setup. I was impressed with the setup process within the app and the ability of it to use my iPhone to determine any possible obstructions. It also was able to help me direct the dish towards the satellites very easily. The speeds have been impressive compared to what we have been getting in rural Kentucky.

Fast internet works better than DSL or broadband. If you’re using the kickstand setup is easy. Kit doesn’t come with any mounting or cable hardware those are sold separately. DIY’ers can do either a roof mount or a side mount. cable kit provides all drill bit hardware for thru wall cable installation. Which i recommend as it has the clips to mount cable to make it look like a professional install One down fall is monthly charge mine was $90 but they jacked it up to $120 not happy about that

I hava had this starlink system for about a month. I live in the Olkmolge portion of the Talledaga National forest in Bibb county Alabama. No issues what ao ever. I even have the reciever on the ground in the back yard! Great service as well. This is the only reliable internet i can obtain. Thnx

The instructions and setup were easy to follow. There may be some issues with connectivity when going into rooms that are too far, however, this is to be expected. Would definitely recommend Starlink to anyone.

I'm someone that lives in an area that doesn't get Internet and plays games for a hobby and when I say this is amazing I'm not lying. I was able to play games on 50 ping when my phone hotspot would get 150. The set up is really easy as well it only took me pressing a few buttons and putting it in the right spot for me to be playing the game it only took my half an hour to set up on my own.
