After unlimited attempts (over a month) to hook up to a local carrier, I chose the Starlink w/a Best Buy Services Member. They were very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I made the purchase, came home, and I was up and running with the best internet I've ever had in less than 15 minutes.

The Starlink so far has worked just perfectly i pull into my site for camping set the standard antenna out plug it in and i have internet on my phone and tv in seconds. Once and a while it will freeze but it never lasts long.

Excellent, no issues at all. I purchased in store and the sales reps were very helpful, I had a couple issues but they resolved them quickly

Have had the system for little over a month now. We have been using it while camping in wooded areas and open areas. The speed is fast then our cable at home. It is easy to set up and take down, can be on line with in 10 minutes after power up.

It was amazing easy to setup. Glad the price has come down to a reasonable level. You still need to get an account with Starlink, and pay a monthly fee for data. The hardware was super easy to setup.

Works great! We had no other options for service & cell service is very poor. The only disappointment was is we had to purchase the more expensive plan. The “Lite” plan was not available in our area.

I was nervous about converting over from cable and doing the install myself. Both fears are now completely put to rest. I did the wall mount on the side of my roof. It was literally 3 bolts, to screw, plug in the system, and follow instructions on the app. 45 mins later I have excellent connection and all my devices connected and running. Saved me thousands doing Starlink vs paying to run fiber cables 3/4 of a mile out to where my property is from the road. Recommending to all my Rural friends who want solid Internet

I was shopping for a starlink standard package and was assured that it was an easy setup and the best and fastest internet anywhere. Well, it was plug and play, however, getting the actual unit to work was a whole other animal. Finally, I had to pay someone to set it on the roof to get signal. Not as easy as promised, but, once it started working, was great.

Love my Starlink. Since I work remote, I need my internet to be stable. It has great reception, easy to set up and delivery from Best Buy was super quick.

Best investment. I live out in the country and internet was awful, but since I purchased my Starlink I have been able to work from home with no problems. We even had bad storms cone through and only lost connection for a few minutes!!!!
