Super fast internet and easy to install. Should tell people to set up account with a computer not a phone, goes much better.

My ordered Starlink came very quickly!! The price was lower than used units on Facebook Marketplace. We used on several camping trips and was very pleased with ease of set up.

Bought this for a family member in Jamaica to help out with communication after hurricane Melissa disaster. However, residential plans are not available. Only roaming plans (the most expensive one) is the only option for people in Jamaica at this moment.

Best decision going to with Starlink, previous AT&T customer for 10+ years, all I can say is I wished I would of gone this route sooner.
Easy setup, fast service. Fully recommend 10/10

We live rural and our internet was always going out. Replaced with starlink and we have been able to run multiple devices streaming, gaming and a server with no issues. Great for a large family

Here’s the negatives: good luck trying to figure out what space you need from the box/package, speeds were not nearly as expected, once connected - I don’t think certain pieces will come apart again, and the hub runs hot.
Setup: what goes inside vs outside - not clear. Seems if you want the hub out, you’d need more sealed rj45 connector cables - but then open ports, etc. or maybe that’s an accessory.
Setup: it has a ground stand - seemed great since renting and cannot mount otherwise easily. Well, despite the picture and the angle of openness along the axis of the panel plane - seems you need 360 around it on that openness!!! Show that!
Setup: I was told in store there was 30 free trial and service, so setup an account and gave the info - was charged instantly for the service. Unsure how else I could have set this up. Maybe it’s a free return/refund?
Speeds: I had a spot that was open like the picture showed - that didn’t work, the dish will go whichever direction you’re told to align it, which definitely violated the open space specs pictured, but it worked ok-ish.
Connected-Setup: once you plug the network cable in to the dish and the hub: that’s it. They’re linked. The sealed plug has two rings to seal into the deep holes - puts the clip way into the device and if you’ve ever worked with close but recessed ports - this seems worse. I have no idea how you’d unclip that - to replace, add another, or test a setup and then move items to permanently mount. So ensure there’s room to get the hub (or dish) through any opening on where you’d like that cable run.
Speeds: I moved dish to an almost perfectly open spot - speeds still weren’t super. However, it’s not dropping out occasionally and things seem to work ok. No none has worked from home, and a cellular over WiFi three way call wasn’t great at times but did work. Streaming tv while multi kids game or video meet has been working fine.

Starlink is probably one of the best Internet providers. We have where I stay my neighbor has fiber and we matched downloads and I still beat him on the download. And Best Buy always has everything in stock when I need something. If not, I can get it in two days with them.
