Absolutely love it. I get blazing fast speeds even faster than at my parents place with home internet. Fast to hook up and easy to get online.

Easy to install. No problems at all if you can follow instructions. Easy to mount. Great speed.

So far so good - took a while to find a good location and I had to buy a longer cord and buried it out to the location. Replaced coax (every time wind blew it went out with the power) since I could not get fiber I went with Starlink - warning there is a $100 upcharge if you are in a "congested" area - out in the boonies... but other than that so far so good the land line expires today so I am going to rework my set-up and bypass the starlink router to my WIFI router so I don't have to change all of my connected devices.

Works fantastic, it's a godsend having this out in the country. Got no cell service and spectrum does not service out here. Where I am at, I am consistently getting over 100mbps, a lot of times over 200mbps. It fluctuats a lot though. Would 100% recommend unless a newer model comes out.

So far we are happy with the unit. We have a barn dominium and we still had to put a booster in our garage to connect to our floodlight ring camera, but it is working fine. We put it on a pole outside since we did not want to drill through the metal siding. The wiring we ran through a vent we had going outside to our basement. The unit modem is currently in our basement.

I ordered this Tuesday, and Hurricane Milton hit Thursday. I was without Centurylink Internet for one month after Hurricane Ian, so got this just in case. Received it Saturday after the hurricane and service has been awesome. Install of router and dish was easy, but my wall fish skills need improvement LOL. Just need to get a different wall plate, but otherwise good to go.

Best internet I have ever had. Equipment was easy to install and of very high quality. well worth the investment. I wish I would have invested in it sooner.

The product is great , I absolutely love my starlink . Has done wonders for me being out in the valley in the country. Not a signal internet provider could offer this quality in my area . That being said I was very disappointed in the purchasing process. While at Best Buy , me standing in front of this new tech and hefty price , racking my brain trying to decide if this is a good option . Every employee avoided coming near me , I had way to many questions. It took me at least 45 mins of phone research standing there to make my decision. Never once did someone come ask if I needed any questions answered. Plus if you’re going to sell equipment like this , you should also have some type of mounting equipment to buy as well . I didn’t realize I would have my new 500$ starlink sitting on the ground until my mount from starlink comes in . Overall I absolutely love my starlink and am very thankful for it . But with the experience I went through , I would have preferred to buy through starlink instead . Don’t get me wrong I love Best Buy but I could tell they didn’t want to deal with this product

We love Starlink and purchasing through Best Buy was the perfect option! I ordered online and my order was brought to my car within minutes of driving up. We had no issues with setup or online account setup and the connection is great! Rarely do we have an outage and we love having the mobility it offers us when we camp!

This product performed better than expected. Setting it up was easy and reception is great. I recommend Starlink for anyone with mediocre or failing satellite reception or service.

You just can't beat the standard kit! The mini sure is small and portable, but the standard will give you the best results wherever you are, even with some light tree cover. Make sure you do your research and select the right unit for your specific needs. Both are super easy and quick to setup, because the app does a great job hooking you up! And so many mounting options available for these units!

Bought this for my mom's house up in Michigan. They live too far north for any traditional internet. I was amazed at how fast and easy setup was. I purchased a pole adapter and got it all installed in a afternoon.

With this, I can get internet where there are no other options. After the cell phone signals stop working, this dish keeps going. It’s expensive, but if you need it, you need it. The new v3 dish easily stows in the car and can be deployed in minutes. I wish the company had better support. You need a wide open sky to use it. This internet is better than hotel wifi! I often come out to the car to get a better connection.

Purchased this at the time for a approaching hurricane that was slated to hit our area. I got it setup prior to the storm hitting, ended having to use it for a short amount of time after the internet was out for almost 1 day, it did perform great during that time. Also great for camping when needed.

We live in the country and our internet was 11mbps download. When we installed Starlink it took our internet to over 200mbps download. great investment (especially if you work from home in the country)

Best internet for camping, we’ve tried multiple cellular services and nothing compares to the speed of starlink. This is the only mobile internet that can keep up with online gaming, multiple tvs, and children on tablets all at the same time!
