Living in a rural area, we will never be able to get any cable ISP. I was using Viasat and the service was horrible and only 20mbps or less. You can't stream movies or anything else with that slow speed. Now, I can do everything and can do it well with Starlink! Thanks Best Buy!!!!!

Very simple set up, including alignment and setting up service. Does not come with a pole adapter so definitely suggest buying one to get better reception.

Easy to set up, and provides better Internet when im camping, over what i have at home.

It was nice to visit a local store for immediate pickup as opposed to waiting for shipment from the manufacturer. The only negative (and the reason for 4 stars vice a full 5 stars) is there was not an in store display of this item. For spending in excess of $700 after taxes it would have been nice to view the product before purchase. We are totally satisfied with the ease of installation and performance. We did have to purchase a pole adapter and a longer proprietary cable direct from Starlink as those accessories were not available in store.

Starlink is the first internet service we have had that is totally reliable. We struggled with TMobile and Verizon. We highly recommend! We're attaching a picture of the router.

Love it. I'm currently setup with the roam plan. More then enough for gaming and streaming movies at the same time. The app makes it easy to find the best placement for your starlink.... Even with trees overhead starlink links right up. Our first time out with it we had a lot of trees overhead - got the warming saying we may experience some interpretations but never had a issue. We gammed and watched movies all weekend and experienced no lag or disruptions. Best Buy tech team was very helpful with this purchase. Probably would have held off on buying if it wasnt for the Best Buy team!

I got my package way faster than purchasing through Starlink directly. They said three weeks abd BB had it on my doorstep in just 2 days‼️ Activation through Starlink was super easy and i would definitely recommend this to anyone. I went from 29.1 Mbps to a whopping 382 Mbps‼️

Best Buy had it in stock and free shipping. Always good to buy from Best Buy in the event of any malfunction. Easy return policy and warranty. Highly recommend hiring a third party installation company for set up and installation, especially for complex systems with custom home integration. Starlink is easy to set up. Speeds have been amazing. Have not experienced any downtimes ever during storms.

Works great, I use on my boat and in my RV as well as my home!

We purchased this Gen 3 as a replacement for one we purchased back in June. The first one was converted to 12 volt for use on the roof of our truck camper. That unit constantly overheated and shutdown. We were advised to go back to 120 volt power to eliminate this issue. Since we did no longer have the parts to convert back, we purchased a total replacement unit and just changed out the power supply. We kept the remaining parts for future repair. We have the unit flat mounted on the roof of our truck camper and it works flawlessly now. We are full-time travelers and the Starlink is on on 24 hours a day. It works great even while driving. In the picture, you can see two Kingstar Truck campers, each with Starlink Gen 3 units mounted flat on the roof. Ours is the bigger one on the left. Starlink has become the "required" link to the outside world for most seasoned travelers. It works literally all over the world.

Love starlink! Att was giving me so many problems and there are limited options where I live. Starlink turned out to be great! I have 3 gamers in the house and service is better than ever! You also get 1 free hour of service after setup to see how it works for you. Another plus! Pro tip: Go ahead and buy your mount of choice, you will need it.

Starlink has been great I didn't have Internet service before had tried others but nothing really worked or was very slow. I do live in a remote area but now with starlink it's been a game changer and has also saved me money I have done away with my TV pervider and landline phone now with starlink. It truly is great.

The starlink setup work d exactly how I was expecting it to. I work remotely and this has been perfect. The sales associate at the Greenville NC location was amazing.

Starlink Gen 3. No problems at all. We like to camp in the mountains where wifi was not available until we bought Starlink. My only complaint is that the people that I spoke to at Best Buy need more knowledge of this product. I almost didn't buy from Best Buy until I double checked my research on line.
