We had a problem with our Starlink and we were going to get a new one but an employee asked if we bought the extra protection plan and we weren’t sure so they checked And yes we had so we brought the old one back and was replaced with a new one

We were camping in an AT&T area, but have Verizon. Checked on an AT&T hot spot and they wanted a high price with monthly subscription. Starlink was a better deal all the way around and it doesn't matter what hot spot area your in. The subscription was cheaper to for what we need.

Amazing product even though it sticks in my craw that I have to buy it from a jackhole. I'm in the mountains in the middle of nowhere USA. Verizon can't get their stuff together enough to put anything of worth for internet access out here. I returned the VZ LTE router in 15 days. Have had Starlink for the last two weeks and it's a compete gamechanger! I can work! I can surf the web and stream. I get ALL of the benefits of being out in the middle of nowhere without having to be totally disconnected. I sold my soul for internet access and I'm not sorry.

Works great way out here in the country. I'd definitely recommend it!
