It came in and we put it up. Very easy to install. It works great even with trees behind my house.

The router broke a little after a year. Service is good does stall quite a bit. Better than any other service you get when you travel in an rv for work

It's overall really good, could have had better signal if we lived in a less wooded area, also our trees are really high and causes some obstruction. Cost is efficient, paying half of what we were paying $170. From time to time the signal will buffer, hoping the tp link mesh would improve our signal. The satellite heats itself and reboots. Had DSL connection before starling, and the signal was always terrible. Have yet to test Starlink in heavy snow condition and colder weather.

I purchased my StarLink generation 3 from Best Buy excellent product...however, you need to make sure that you purchase the correct mounting system (see photo). Best Buy and it's associates have been excellent in this process.

Have had it for less than a month now. Start up costs are pretty hefty. It was the equipment, plus the service fee, and a congestion fee. Qualify seems good. Initial set up took a while to download all the updates. Don’t buy the brackets and poles to attach to your house. There are plenty of 3rd party sellers everywhere, which are way more affordable. About 3 weeks in my router kept disappearing from my app with no access, but I still had service (it’s not bypassed, and never was). Had to start a support ticket with Starlink. Service has held up even on stormy days/night, with only a few drops here and there. For rural living, I don’t think I have another better option until Google gets their system up and running.
