You can use their website to make sure youll get a good signal and our back yard has too many close trees :( Several neighbors love it and have made thecswitch from regular internet. We live high in the mountains and our internet goes out alot it was sad we couldn't use it.

Worked great, just have to make sure there are as few as possible obstructions in the sky, e.g. trees, etc. For the standard size, if you use the Roaming plan, you have to get the unlimited plan for the 1st month and then you can change it so the 50Gig plan the 2nd month.

14 Days Later I Over Paid By $175…No Price Match

Putting the product on sale for 50% off 14 days after my purchase but refusing to honor the price guarantee because I didn’t see it unti 15 days and 11 hours later? Then refusing to alllow me to speak to a manager either in store or through the call center. I’ve made two purchases this year from Best Buy…they will be my last. Factory direct or Amazon moving forward. You need to do better Best Buy.
