    The Starlink seems to work pretty good; however, the customer service at Starlink is terrible. If Best Buy is going to sell these, I think that Best Buy staff should become more knowledgeable on the item.

    Rural life with almost no internet made us choose Starlink. Best Buy made the whole process easier than I could have imagined. We initially bought the mini, too small for us and our needs. Best Buy refunded us our money and hooked us up with the right model. Grateful

    The starlink works great however no one at Best Buy including the geniuses had any knowledge to help me get set up. Set up actually is not that difficult except there’s no person to physically talk to at starlink and their set up site is a little difficult for someone who is challenged with navigating these things with some customer service this product could easily be a 10
