This was delivered so quickly,I ordered in the morning and by the afternoon I received my package,I would recommend using Bestbuys,Starlink was great,set up was easy and fast,connection was awesome for where we were located

Great internet. Although the equipment is pricey as well as the monthly fee for service, in our case it one of the only option for the location and it works great. Signal distance on the router is quite surprising, outdoor unit heats itself to take care of snow and ice.

Nice easy to install works great. Wished I would have have made the transition a lot sooner. We are happy with it all. Thanks

OH MY. What an absolutely AMAZING product! Way out in the woods, halfway up a mountain, this system works incredibly well. Even though we have what the system calls "Partially Obstructed View," (trees) it works amazingly well. We can stream two TV's, use a laptop, and four mobile devices in a place where NO cell service and NO internet service is available otherwise. We very rarely (on an extremely cloudy day with high bandwidth usage) experience any buffering. This device and hundreds of satellites are an AWESOME setup. Thanks to Elon Musk, the impossible has become not only possible but ordinary. This thing even melts the snow off itself automatically!

I have been using my starlink hardawre i ordered from best buy for a few months now. It works great. When i bought it it had all the compnents as advertised,was easy to set up and newer dropps swrvice unlike my last isp. Overall best internet product i purchase in a long wile. Recomended it to all my friends who move around or live in rual rease.

We’ve had starlink for a year now, in an extremely rural area where everyone complains about internet outages. Our Wi-Fi has gone out maybe twice and it was because I needed an update that I didn’t realize. We game on multiple consoles and stream on several devices at the same time with minimal issues. Would recommend.

I absolutely love my Starlink!! It’s very fast, runs a lot of devices and tvs at one time and never slows down!! It also is cheap price for great internet!! It’s also very easy to set up! I would highly recommend this internet over any other!!!

I heard about this service from a coworker who gave a glowing review of the service and how well it worked in his rural area. After discussing it with my wife, I purchased the kit. She and i installed it, which was actually a fairly easy process! We got it calibrated per the app. After a few missteps in activating it, we got it going and it works GREAT! It is so very fast..I am highly impressed by the speed. My wife is very impressed as she works from home periodically and says today she worked with no delays and was highly productive. Highly recommend this service!! There is a bit of investment with buying the kit and the first payment for service but i think it is worth it.

Pretty much plug and play. This is a great way to get pretty reliable internet in remote locations. I personally purchased this to replace comcast internet. I found their customer service to be terrible and do not want to support that company any longer. The Starlink speeds are acceptable of course no where near as fast as comcast but It works just fine just not up to par with Comcast bandwidth. I don’t really notice any difference until I’m downloading games on the computer of course it’s not as fast. The monthly pricing could use a reduction for the network throughput but for its flexibility i guess the 120 a month may be justifiable.

This item was bought to use up in the mountains. It was easy to install with good instructions and it was an excellent choice to improve our internet capabilities in this isolated location.

We love Starlink! Its our second purchase of Starlink through Best Buy and the process is honestly easier than going through Starlink directly. Customer service was amazing, and the Geek squad plan is well worth it. Starlink is fast, set up is easy, plus you can take it wherever you go.

It works great. I live out in the country, back a long lane where I was unable to afford or access other internet service. This was easy to install and provides great service. So far, I am well pleased with the hardware and service.

Maybe someone needs to let others know that you need to make a pretty big one time payment fee before you can use your device. The item was what it said. it just really was a bummer because no one said there was a one time payment and that I was going to have to pay an additional $1,200.00. Would have been nice if anyone would have warned us that before you can access the internet you have to pay this huge fee. it was kind of easy to set up I had a couple problems but I was able to figure it out without calling and asking anyone luckily. anyways it is a great product I just need to figure out how to change how to make a payment. Since I had to use one card to make the huge one time fee it wont let me change how I make a payment for the future and I need to change the account holder from one person to another.

We received the unit in 1 day. Was easy to set up and it works great for internet anywhere we have been since we got it. As long as we use the app to get it aligned, using it for internet is as good if not better than what we had previously for home internet. Even for gaming, its great!

I was skeptical at first about switching to Starlink, especially living in a rural area where internet options have always been disappointing. But I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The speed is consistently fast for streaming, video calls, and even gaming have been smooth and reliable. What really surprised me is how dependable the service has been, even in bad weather. Starlink has completely changed how we connect at home. Highly recommend!
