Purchased the kit 1 yr ago with a 4 yr warranty. The unit began to have problems and starlink wanted to send me a refurbished replacement. I went to bestbuy instead and they immediately replaced my purchase with a brand new unit. It works great. I live in an area that for 5 yrs i could only get up to 25 mbts ( sometimes), now i get a consitant 250 mbts ( low end ) to close to 400 mbts. Very pleased with bestbuy and the product.

Easy to set up. Super fast wifi for being satellite (300mgbs) 100megs install) only im not a fan of is the need to go into the app and update the firmware 3 times a week other than that its fast reliable and hardly costs electric.

Had the t-mobile home internet box the last season. Was spotty at times. This starlink was game changer in our 3rd seasonal year this year of camping. No complaints of dropped signal. Easy install and setup.

Bought this as a recommendation from a friend who owns one. The ease of use and its capabilites makes it a great purchase. The speeds i get from switching to this system makes it worth the initial investment. Not to mention the reliability as compared to my service provider that has been overwhelmed with repairs to their infrastructure due to a typhoon. I now have capability during the height of Typhoons and immediately after with portable generator when the power lines are knocked out for weeks.

Quick & easy to set up. As long as you have an open view of the sky, the signal and speed are great. The signal strength on the included router is great. It is very expensive compared to other services, but when you have no other dependable options, it works well.

Starlink is awesome! I would recommend it to anyone, works perfectly we get triple Mbps than with frontier Internet.

After years of being stuck with DSL or Verizon hotspot coverage this Starlink has changed our lives. The ease of setup and clean product design are huge wins for us. The consistent upload and download speeds blow me away. I was amazed shortly after setup the Starlink instructed to move the antennae a minute amount and viola we were 100% dialed in. I was more than happy with the initial performance but the product making suggestions to fine tune was over the top. I will be buying two more units for my remote properties in the very near future. Best Buy knocked it out of the park sponsoring the promotional event making this purchase quick and easy. Thank you!

So far everything is great. Only been a couple weeks but I am happy with the reception I get with my wi-fi. I can now stream movies. Its fast and my son and grandson were able to install with no problem.

Set this up for some friends that have a ranch that’s out there and very rural. Works great it’s the only internet that is worth a darn out there they were paying twice as much for satellite internet that only worked a 1/3 of the time. But this is strong and reliable.

Works really good I like the speed I like these abuse it was very easy said that and I like the performance great product wish they had it a few years ago when I had dial up similar DSL junk

Starlink satellite internet receiver is fantastic! Easy to install, easy to set up and far superior to phone company available internet access in my area. I would highly recommend the Starlink receiver!

My opinion Starlink is the best WiFi service hands down. It Never slows down. Buffering is minimal to none. I have 3 TV’s, 3 phones, IPad, Laptop, PlayStation and a Xbox connected, so compared to Viastat and Hughes net service would buffer all day and night and you can forget about playing the games. I forgot to mention Starlink is amazing during bad weather, usually I have to result back to DVD’s. One of the best decision me and hubby made!

Shipping was very fast they have good customer service and it was easy to set up 1000/1000. I would definitely recommend.
