This has been a game changer for our internet service provider! After struggling to get decent internet service from local providers, Starlink quickly set us up with fantastic internet service and has been reliable even in bad weather. We live outside of city limits but have been promised by our local company that it was "no problem" to set us up with our city's internet services because the Fiber Network box is 50 feet from our home. After setting up the initial service call, that local provider came out immediately, verified they could do it, and said they'd call us to set up the installation appointment. 3 months later, we have heard absolutely nothing from them, even after making several calls to their office. For our business, we rely on excellent internet service. We could wait no longer. Although Starlink is a bit more expensive, It has provided us with incredibly fast internet right out of the box. What a game-changer! No regrets.

Purchased this for my Fifth Wheel after losing all patience for LTE while working remote. Night and day difference, I get at-home speeds and performance even when in campsites that I can't clear tree lines. Couldn't be happier

I've tried most of the "Internet for RV'ers" that are out there. Starlink outperforms all of them by a mile Simple hook up. Fast connectivity. Flawless performance. It may cost a few dollars more than the others, but it is well worth it. No more frustration with getting online.

Great purchase to have internet at our property where we have no cell signal! It has worked great for me to be able to work there remotely whenever we want to get out of town.

Purchased Starlink the weekend before Hurricane Milton, expecting to lose power and internet. After losing both, set this up using my generator. Very simple to setup and use. Very good signal. The system was able to bring us some "normalcy" during an otherwise stressful time.

I give this a product a 10/10. I purchased for my family back home in Jamaica after they got affected by hurricane Melissa in October. The starlink works perfect and fast. I had no issue. Easy to set up,just read the instructions and everything went well. I recommend the starlink at anytime and place. I purchased 2 in total. A mini and the regular one.

We travel in an RV and always have a problem with internet. THIS IS THE ANSWER! For $150 per month we can break down this internet in 5 min and set it back up ANYWHERE in the US. Watched some YouTube videos. ethernet cord pulls out with a little tug. Has 2 LAN connections on router for VPN and another LAN. Set up takes 5 min. If you have an RV and want internet, this is the way to go! Download the Starlink app before hand, scan the sky (no different than satellite TV, clear view of sky. Has snow melting feature! We love it! Daughter and I game online and stream while wife streams all day. Speeds of up to 200Mbs down and 15 up. We gave up satellite TV and no longer look for an RV park with decent internet. You can do the $120 per month option but can move it around the country. Global has different price. If you can, go with Gen3 (the flat dish with small folding arm). It can be set up using battery with additional hardware.
We have dish on tip of camper (secured), Cat7 cable goes in thru slide to router. Plug from wall goes to power supply, power supply goes to router. See everything on your phone, alignment, speed test, obstructions and statistics. You can pause billing so when we go home we just pause it until we go back on the road! YouTube videos were a big help! Watch them before you buy.

Massive improvement over local internet options

Installed this up at our cabin because the local ISP offers really slow internet (5-25mbps, and unguaranteed up to 50mbps for more money) which won't work for our needs (see: work). Home internet options from the carriers (T-Mobile and Verizon) aren't available in that area, so Starlink was the only viable option. The speed range has been really strong so far. We get anywhere from 90up/10down to almost 400down/40up (with a nearly fully unobstructed view).
The only negatives is that the startup cost is more than a traditional ISP, and you have to do your own installation. Depending on where you are the installation may or may not be challenging. Our is up about 40 feet on our roofline. Then we had to go back up because Starlink says to have it facing North, but they define north differently than a compass does. So when you're done doing the installation, power up the system, you'll likely be told that you're misaligned and have to reposition the system.
You've got to pay for the Starlink system. Then in our case, we have this setup with an Eero mesh network to have full coverage around the house/property, so that added even more money to the total cost (which to be fair, the mesh network would have been a cost regardless of the provider).
Plus...does the company's owner need more money?
Outside of all that though, we're more than satisfied with the performance thus far about 2 months into using the network...especially compared to the alternatives.

This product is amazing I have one for my home I live in Nevada so I get really good services but I loved mine so much I bought a second on for my dad and he loves it I haven’t had any issues other than minor updates and it would be down for an hour but it has only happened twice so I can’t complain

Ive had this system for a little over a month now and can honestly say its exceeded my expectations! Where i live there is no fiber/cable internet, and cell signal is poor at best. For years we used a mobile booster with mobile hotspot for internet. This would give us "ok" internet, but we still couldn't walk away from the booster to make a call. But with Starlink, set up was easy and the whole house was online within an hour of opening the box! Now we can make wifi calls outside while the kids are all on their tablets and streaming tv's! Idk why we waited so long!

Overall works very well. The only issue is video calls/conference calls can get laggy every 30 min to an hour. But works well for streaming and everything else. We used for our camper in the spring/summer/fall.

As someone who lives WAY out, we’ve had no good, reliable options for internet. Someone recommended for us to try Starlink. After a few more months of frustration with the service we had, we decided to try it. The installation and set up were pretty easy. I do recommend making sure that (if you need one) you get the correct mounting kit. We got the wrong one but it was an easy return. The only time our service has been interrupted was during those bad tornado producing storms at the beginning of April. No more lagging and buffering…. I would highly recommend this product-especially if you live out in the country like we do.
