    Only had one option for internet which was optimum, was running 40mbps down whule paying $100 for 1gig, switched to starlink and getting 250-400 down with no issues, no outages. Can stream and online game. Best switch i made.

    Customers services was very Customer service was very poor, and we had to wait about 15 minutes to get help. Overall, the service was bad, and they need training.

    Easy setup and operation! Was used in a remote area where cell service is 1 or 2 bars at best. Most of the time there was NO service!! The star link gave us full wifi for phones, radio and even television!! We are also located in a valley surrounded by mountains and canyons Worked anywhere from 100 to 150 yards from the source.

    I was using Viasat satellite internet and only getting 24mb of speed until i used up my 150gb of data. It then slowed down to .07mb. With in minutes of logging into starlink, i was at 244mb of speed with no limit.

    So far So good. This was easy to set up and it gives you an hour of free time to Align and set up the Star Link system before you activate the account
