The system works great! And, the folks at my local Best Buy store were very helpful. The first unit however was damaged. It was in an unopen, undamaged box so it came as a surprise when I opened it that the seam along the edge was separated in multiple locations. Fortunately, there was no problem exchanging it for new uncompromised unit. Note that this system is Starlink Gen 3 and there has been some confusion in the community as to which is Gen 1, 2 and 3. Suffice it to say that this is the latest version with the kickstand and two auxiliary Ethernet ports on the modem/wifi router. That's in addition to the POE ethernet that runs between the antenna array and the modem/router. My only complaint is that when I asked for the add on 150 foot cable they sold me the Gen 2 version which is incompatible. The cable interface at the antenna array end is no longer the same as it was. So I will need to return the cable. In Best Buy's defense the only place to purchase the 150 foot Gen 3 cable is on Starlink's website and the person that helped just likely didn't even know. That's the reason for the 4 star rating. It likely deserves to be 4.5 to 4.7.

The Starlink was a good purchase for us to take overlanding or to our remote cabin in Canada. The salesman was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

The Starlink Product to date has been great! But.... I found it cheaper directly through Starlink, $250.00 less, Best But would not honor the lower price.

Starlink itself is excellent. I use it on my RV, and have to be mindful of trees because signal blockage is a problem, but even so, it still streams tv well (even when signal is going in and out).

Starlink is a great way to get internet when you're in the boondocks will get great service with Starlink
