Best decision ever to switch from COX to Starlink!

Having COX for God knows how long, with high bills and poor connections, it was high time to change. I admit I was skeptical at first, but after I got the first kit, I quickly went back and got another kit for the office, and also ordered the Mini for on the go. It is so easy to setup, the connection is stable, fast and reliable. Going on a month and half now, and could not be more happier. For the office dish, we even made a custom vinyl decal to customize it a bit. In short, I highly recommend this dish, and the service to anyone that has had enough of poor and costly service. I for one can't wait for Starlink to release the Cell service, so I can drop the antiquated and overly expensive cell service providers...

Comares to other non satellite wifi. Don't even have it mounted (mostly clear view of sky) and gets really good signal. We do a decent amount of 4k streaming on multiple devices and we play some online games. It works good. Haven't had any noticable outages during moderately heavy storms. Only ever went without signal during a tornado warning. When you're only option is this, Hughes, or Viasat it can't compare. A bit pricey but what we had before (Hughes) was truly unusable so to us it was worth it.

This has been, hands down, the best internet I’ve had in my life…especially because we now live in a very rural area where decent WiFi is hard to obtain. We’ve now gone from 1-10Mbps to well over 200Mbps. Setup was also a piece of cake. Instructions are very easy to understand.

Had CenturyLink with a speed of 0.83 mbps down load and 0.04 mbps up load . Useless. Starlink Gen 3 is so fast that whatever I do it keeps up instantly. Easy to setup and connect using the starlink app. Best investment I ever made. Well worth the $120.00 a month fee.

I grew up before everyone had cell phones. I remember what it was likeusing a pay phone. The fact that I can now point this thing at the sky and have high bandwidth internet in the middle of a national forest is simply amazing.

It is the only choice for rural areas. It offers stable high-speed internet. However, it is overpriced because there are no competitors. Mounted on the old dish mount...

Purchased to put on boat for coastal cruising because wifi in marinas are terrible and using cell phone as a hot-spot was marginal in many places. Tested unit at home and setup was fast, easy and worked as advertised. We are in recent hurricane damage zone so was gifted with free service until end of year. May not help us a lot at this point but I know many others are grateful for the service considering the damage they sustained. Only concern is the increases in plan pricing, but what isn't going up in price?

I am extremely impressed with this product. Today is very dusty and 25mph wind. Im getting over 300 Mgps down and 20 up. Latency is 40ms, but it usually averages around 30. Kit was very easy to set up, instructions a clear, and the app is fantastic.

Ecstatic about this product, company and owner. In my area there were no other options for internet, aside from Comcast/Xfinity and they are a classic example of American corporate greed, deception and the cutthroat mentality. Everything was well thought out for simplicity and efficiency right down to the opening of the box, to the small tube of sealant included to seal the lags. System has worked as advertised with no issues to report!

So far we are happy with the unit. We have a barn dominium and we still had to put a booster in our garage to connect to our floodlight ring camera, but it is working fine. We put it on a pole outside since we did not want to drill through the metal siding. The wiring we ran through a vent we had going outside to our basement. The unit modem is currently in our basement.

Easy set up, great speeds even with obstructions in way. I wouldn’t even consider Starlink a last resort anymore. It provides a service that most ISP providers can NOT! I am extremely satisfied with the Starlink kit!

I have been using Starlink for a month while traveling in my RV, and some of my destinations have been offgrid with no cell phone service. However, I did have uninterrupted service with Starlink, and I have been pleasantly surprised with the download speeds while checking emails, web browsing, and streaming movies. would definitely recommend Starlink for anyone who would like offgrid internet capabilities, and I am looking forward to getting more use from my service.

We love Starlink and purchasing through Best Buy was the perfect option! I ordered online and my order was brought to my car within minutes of driving up. We had no issues with setup or online account setup and the connection is great! Rarely do we have an outage and we love having the mobility it offers us when we camp!

We bought this to use while we are camping. I work remotely so all I need is an internet connection. This works great and no one can tell that I’m not sitting at home in my office. Configuration when buying from Best Buy is not just plug and play like buying directly so be prepared and don’t listen to people online telling you how easy it was to set up. You have to make all the SL connections and then plug it in. Download the app on your device and for the “kit number” I had to use the serial number on the back of the dish to configure it. Sometimes the app hangs when entering your payment info so you may want to configure it from a laptop.

I have been struggling with terrible Version cell service at every campground we go to. I finally had enough and pulled the trigger on this bad boy. It took some time to setup with the tree cover at my campsite but once it locked into enough satellites I'm streaming along at 179Mbps. I have rock solid ATT fiber at my home but it's good to know I have another option available if needed.
