Good product that adds flexibility to your system.

I thought I recognized the StarTech name so I decided to buy their hub instead of any other brand, but it turned out to be defective. I spent over an hour in a chat with their support people before they admitted that it wasn't working. I was also worried that it had somehow caused a corruption of the files on my hard drive, but luckily I didn't lose any data (that I know of).

Works as described. Small but works great. Highly recommended.

The hub is very convenient because I use a lot of plugins. My only gripe is that the connections are a bit loose

After losing power from a storm, the lights stopped working and will no work with the PC. Power is still being provided to the USB devices. (e.g. my mouse and keyboard light up but can't type nor move the mouse.)

This has never worked really, and I googled the problems, and you have to have it far from your universal transmitter for any logitech keyboard/mouse (and I have both) or it won't work ... and I finally gave up trying to move it everywhere, and it was a shame for me because I waited years to get one of these.

I just spent over an hour chatting with their tech support before they admitted that this is defective. I thought StarTech was a good brand but now I see them as selling cheap products and won't trust them again.

Ordered this item. Received it the first week of June and it won't work at all by the last week of June.

I received this USB hub and it was completely non-functional. I would definitely not recommend. I'd lost the receipt so no refund. :(

STILL DON’T HAVE IT! Can’t review what we don’t have.

Would not pass MIDI devices. Even using the power supply.
