Connectivity issues

After trying for a day to reconnect it we eventually gave up & I went ahead & ordered him a replacement. After googling about this & learning on Reddit that it’s a known issue we decided to cancel the order & went with a different mouse. It’s sad because besides the connectivity issue, it’s an otherwise solid mouse.
