    Software does not work on startups sometimes and requires pc reboot to fix the issue. No indicator light for caps lock.

    The keyboard is very good, but if you type a lot or don't live alone and work at night, then please note that this keyboard is very loud, which can be annoying during long work sessions.

    The “s” key stopped working. Best Buy wouldn’t take product back so we went to the manufacturer who does not have a contact number, but instead sends auto bot emails constantly without resolving the issue . Poor (non existent customer servhce !
