Good beginner keyboard and a good tkl from steelseries

I've been told I type way too loud because of how I type and how quickly I type. I tried to find a keyboard that would cut down on the noise and this one is fantastic. The keys feel good, my fingers don't slip, the colors are fun and people in other offices (or on the phone) can't hear me typing away.

A really nice size - I love the 60% keyboard style and the colored lights are nice when I'm working at night and have the room lights down low. Like a rainbow keeping me company! I love that I can control my speakers from it too ... I can turn them off/on and change the volume by just rolling a wheel at the top rt corner.

Good item for the price point, it's a great keyboard, just don't like the membrane feel of the keys.

The keyboard is very light. The clicking noise is not as quiet as I expected, but it's quiet enough for me. The RGB is great, and I love the build quality.

Can’t go wrong with SteelSeries! I love all their products. Works great with my setup, not as quiet as advertised, but keys have really nice feel. Some reviews I have seen say you can't turn off the RGB; you actually can, though it makes the keyboard keys hard to see in a dimly lit room. That's were the RGB customization can come into play using GG, which I love. You can turn it to a solid color and adjust the brightness/vibrance as desired.
