The virtual sound is actually really good! This is my first headset as I'm just starting out but for 50 bucks it's hard to deny it. I've tested it out in a few fps shooters such as Valorant. And it is definitely useful knowing where the enemy is before you turn the corner. They are also very comfortable, the mic is really good at making sure to only pick up my voice, and the ear cups have a lot of room for my ears. Only downside I can see is that with my build's built in audio there seems to be extremely minimal bass and that can be a little disappointing at times. Not sure if it's the built in audio or the headphones tbh

These headphones were purchased primarily for a 10 year-old to use on a Nintendo Switch and on a laptop for Zoom. The headphones sound nice and fit very well. The detachable mic boom is not so great in that it is another piece that can be lost. It also doesn't seem to always connect properly to allow him to immediately hear and be heard. There are likely some software issues with this for the Switch in particular, but it is frustrating nonetheless. Otherwise, solid, nice, and a decent value with the only downside being the mic being able to be lost or the connection port to get dirty if the set is being transported.

they sound good and are comfortable mic works well and they are a fair price they are black if you can wait for the sale price you can get them 10 dollars cheaper at best buy

My son really enjoyed these headphones for gaming with ps4 they lasted 3 years got in 21,and needs new ones for Christmas in 23

We've had several Arctis headsets, they seem to outlast some of the competition at the price point.

Really good headset. Just be careful with the aux piece. Pull from the hard plastic piece not the wire when unplugging.

Overall the sound on these headphones seem to work good. I do hear my son complaining about the microphone not working quite often. He gets very frustrated when trying to communicate with his friends while in the midst of online game, they cannot hear him. Is debatable whether or not I may return them if the problem continues, or if it is something my son just needs to figure out how to use properly. They are very comfortable to wear, as they go around the ears and do not apply pressure.

I have used this on my computer while working from home and it works great. They are very comfortable and light weight. The store manager Jono at the San Marcos store in California was very helpful and patient with me while choosing my new headset. Thank you Best Buy!!

Very tried and true headset. Recommend. Good for PC.

Great sound, very comfy. Great clamp force compared to my previous headset, corsair hs60, which was too tight on my normal sized head. I do wish it was slightly louder but that's just personal preference, they arent low at all. The standout feature on this headset is the comfort and the mic. I've been told I come through clear as day, and with very little soundbleed from whatever I'm listening to. All in all a 4.5 out of 5 would recommend

I've always loved SteelSeries headsets, because they're some of the best on the market for the price. The sound and mic quality can't be beat and they're pretty sturdy. They do stretch out after a while, but that's a majority of headsets, and if you're the only one using them that isn't a big deal.

My wife is on conference calls for 4+ hours a day and I got this so she can have her privacy and the mic would be better than whatever is on her company Windows laptop. She loves it! Super comfy on a smaller head and great audio quality. Difficult to find a better value at the same price.

These are probably some of the best headphones I’ve used. Great sound quality with adjustable volume on the side. Headphones cup over the ears providing an immersive experience. Cushion on the cups allows for hours of gameplay without any discomfort.

I have the Arctis 7 wireless headphones and they are the best ones ive ever own. My 9 year old wanted some headphones and wanted to use them on his switch, as well as ps4, so i bought these. These sound incredible, the mic works great, and they are just as comfortable as mine. Great choice.

Amazing sound quality, comfort and pretty light weight

I love the headset. Very comfortable, nice long cable, good mic quality. The mic can be a bit quiet but that's an easy fix. The controls are very easy to use and access. The sound quality is great and I love the noise cancelation. My one complaint would be the way the headphones ears flip when not in use can be frustrating for the way I store them.
