This has good sound quality and easy controls and battery seems to last for ever - I have on line conf calls evefy morning for 3 hours and this provide good soft but firm ear muffs and a boom mic that cuts out a lot of the external noise around me. Well worth the money.

Headset has been great so far. Wouldn't recommend it for someone who wants to use it to listen to music because the bass sucks. The mic needs to be set right in front of your mouth for anyone to hear you. Other then that the sound is pretty good for gaming. Very comfortable.

This headset is awesome, it has amazing range. I can walk outisde my house and all around it with minimal range issues. My friends say the quality is good, even on discord. I love listening to music in these as they fit amazing and sound good.

Wish it had Arctis 7's fancier features

Great for what they are! I wish it had some of the fancier things from the arctis 7, like the red muted light on the mic or the game-voice balance wheel. I bought the Arctis 1 and 7 at the same time to compare and return one, and I liked the features of the 7 better but it was too big for my head and wasn't adjustable. The 1 has a traditional band and the clamp force was better, whereas the 7 slid off my head at the slightest movement. On the 7, the elastic band is adjustable so you can adjust vertical length, but the metal band is not adjustable so there's no way to adjust the width. These are pretty much the only differences between 1 and 7. Both sounded good, friends said I sounded good over calls, and both seemed to block out bg noise/voices really well.

This is a great overall headset. Works with all platforms. The PC, PS4, XBOX ONE, and Nintendo Switch. Couldn't ask for anything more from a wireless headset. Well worth the price. Plus durable with 20hrs. battery life.

Comfortable, good sound quality (microphone too), and well-made. Also, the dongle will allow you to use it with the (!Oculus!) Quest 2. At this price point, it's a good deal.

This headset is a very inexpensive and reliable one. Allowing for much customization and with the added feature of wireless makes it a steal. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for great mic quality and sound for gaming.

This is a great beginner wireless headset! It works perfect! Long battery, very good sound, and very comfortable. Also can he used with your switch which is pretty awesome considering it’s one of very few headsets that use USB-C

Great upgrade over my old turtle beach px4! Works great on PS5; I’ve been using USB-C connection but the dongle blocks the other front port of the PS5. Great sounds, very comfortable and lightweight yet feels sturdy.

Great headset, I love that it’s wireless but has a long enough cord to be used as a wired headset. Comfortable enough as well for prolong gaming. Overall, this was a great purchase for the price.

PC/Ps4 - sound quality is great for both. When using the ps4 I found it was best to use the wire (included). Battery life is fine. I can use these for hours without my head hurting or ears.

Been using for about two weeks and there's not much bad to say about these. Great battery life, great clarity with game chat and game audio. Had to tweak the EQ a bit within the SteelSeries Engine software as the highs were a bit piercing, but it was easy enough to take care of. Surround sound is good enough to hear direction of sound sources i.e footsteps, but I personally found that I have to almost max out the volume to be able to track enemy footsteps in FPS games reliably. Your mileage may vary here though, as my hearing isn't the greatest to begin with. Build quality is also pretty good for a headset in this price range. Overall would highly reccomend

Easy to connect, the battery lasts a long time and the wireless is convenient enough. Cons are that the wireless receiver is a rather big, clunky T-shaped thing (would be awkward on a laptop where USB ports are few and crowded-together) and, worse, it BEEPS fairly often even if I keep the wifi receiver very close and in line-of-sight. Because of the BEEPing I am reluctant to use it in meetings. The mic's sound is not great, but acceptable, and the overall design is good..

Very good overall but some slight flaws. I love the USB C wireless adapter but sometimes have connection issues on Android phones. With how rarely I use it on a phone though, it's not a deal breaker. Hopefully this can be addressed in a future firmware update. Works perfectly on my PC and Switch and I like having the ability to use a cable if the battery is dead or a device doesn't have a USB C port. Build quality is a little cheap feeling, but it is comfortable to wear for longer periods since it is light weight. Mic quality is very acceptable and I do not have any complaints.

This is my first gaming headset so I can't compare it to other gaming headsets, but at first blush they're not great. Fit and finish is ok; they're pretty light, and feel plasticy and have some sharp edges on the headband. The headband is pretty tight, and I was a little worried I'd snap these after I put them on. The headband is almost too tight, and I can foresee these getting a little hard to wear for long sessions. They come with multiple connection options, which is nice. Two things here, first the USB C dongle is meant to be plugged into a phone, and probably won't plug into your tower. It could probably work on a laptop. If these came with a longer cord on the dongle itself, the USB A to USB C extension cable would be less needed. They also with 3.5 mm cord. I noticed that this cord does not work with the Xbox controller when used with a PC. The sound quality is just okay, with noise isolation removing a lot of ambient sound. I did find it interesting that I can hear my computer at idle more when I have the headphones on then off, but in game with other sound I can't. My computer is not a loud system, and I think maybe the microphone is picking up ambient noises and amplifying them. Finally, these headphones come with no case. That's okay, I guess, I think these will probably be used primarily at home. It would have been really nice, however, had they included some way to keep the multiple included wires bundled up. For instance, the 3.5 mm cord will probably only get used once in a great while, what am I supposed to do with it in order to not lose it in the meantime?
