This wireless headset is very light weight. It works wireless on both Xbox and PS4. To use it on Xbox, push the switch to Xbox and it you want to use it with a PC, Switch or a PS4 wireless, you need to push the switch to USB-C. Very happy with the purchase and if you are a fan of cyberpunk, you will love the details on the headphones.

Previously had to buy my 2nd pair of JBL E55BT Headphones but now those will not work after a year of use. Decided to bite the bullet and change and not disappointed. The headphones are much heavier than expected but size and build of it fits perfect. Wished it was bluetooth for phones but works perfectly on Xbox and PS4. Great product

The headset is comfortable and sounds great with every system except for Xbox. On both my base One and One X the audio cuts out. On PS4 Pro and PC the headset works like a dream. I’m guessing the USB port on Xbox isn’t powerful enough for the transmitter.

The mic will pick up the mosquito flying around your neighbors house for no reason at all.... Very lightweight and looks sweet. But why is the mic so ridiculous. Its right next to my face. Speakers sound good though.

This works on ALL systems and android phones with USB C, even though it says for xbox (because the included dongle plugs into every system). If you hook it up to a PC and download the arctis steelseries software, you can then adjust EQ, sidetone, and create different audio profiles and save them to the headphones so when you plug them back into a console, the settings hold. One big plus for me is, once i hooked it to a PC and turned up the sidetone, it let's you hear your own voice in your headset so your aren't yelling into your mic. The volume of the sidetone is good too.

I come from Astro A40. Decided to get it because I thought my head mate was messing up but ended up figuring out it was the remote. Pros- •Sounds is 3/5 • comfort is 3/5 •easy connection •great for a starter headset •sounds better only when watching a movie or playing the game. As long as the chat volume is completely muted. Cons -not too comfortable -doesn’t sound as crisp as you would want but still does ok. - gets pretty hot on your ears - you cannot control your chat volume separate from your game volume. It’s all one volume. - sometimes randomly disconnected the chat completely and had to reconnect and disconnect to get the connection back and talk with my friends.

I have owned 3 turtle beach headsets, the Rig headset. This one by far is the best on so far. The construction is it is brilliant. It’s is not your traditional plastic headset for a lot of money. It is made from metal and silicon. Very durable and worth every penny.

Sound is really good but, I don’t like how you can’t change the levels of gameplay and chat. You can only increase/decrease both of them. Unfortunate if you don’t want the chat to be super loud and rather hear gameplay.

Not disappointed on this purchase. Brought for my Twin Grandson’s Birthday present. They told me they are serious noise canceling headphones and that they really like them. They said they can wear for long hours. I said oh my?!

Good quality wireless headset made even better with the stylish samurai logo if your a big cyberpunk fan these are definitely a pair you want to grab if you wanna have a wireless headset.
