This is the first gaming headset that I've purchased, mostly for use during VTT gaming and Zoom conferences, so the mic does see a lot of use. The headset is very comfortable, everything is very lightweight and soft, easy to wear for hours without any fatigue in the neck or shoulders. The mic as great sound quality and isolation, picking up almost no background noise when I'm speaking (at least when I monitor myself).

Currently year two of using this headset and it is still amazing. You can hear everything, I recommend this headset to those who take gaming seriously or enjoy sound audio.

This headset works great! I got my first one back in July 2019, and liked it so much that my girlfriend got one as well. We can hear each other with amazing clarity, and there's almost no echo from background noise, even if we game in the same room. The RGB holds up very well with almost no fading, and the chat dial is great for if you have loud game scenes and quiet people over voice chat, or vice versa. The surround sound is precise enough to be able to work even in older games, and even though the speakers are made for gaming, music sounds great as well. The only downside I have yet to see is that the mute button is a bit cumbersome to reach (behind the left cup of the headphones) and the plug into the Chatmix dial can sometimes be a little loose, but unless you're thrashing about that's no big deal. Otherwise, great headset, worth every dollar spent on it.

It's easy to wear these headphones for hours at a time. The audio is clear without any static interference or bass that's too intense. The controls are easy to use and the microphone tucks neatly into the ear piece when your not using it.

My boyfriend really enjoyed this headset. He liked the changing of the colors on the sides and the quality of the headset itself. The sound is really nice and easy to readjust. Also the headband on the top doesn't make a mark on the top of his head.

I have a few Arctis headsets and they have all been great. They are very comfortable and the sound is very good. I got this one so my son can play Minecraft with his friends and talk over Discord. Using the USB allows you to adjust the game sounds vs talking and makes it really easy. Great product. Also, shout out to Best Buy. I've had to buy a few items since the "lockdown" and Best Buy's curbside delivery has been excellent. I've had to go to couple different stores because items weren't in stock at my local one, but I understand not restocking until they know more. The service at all the stores has been superb.

Got this on sale for 70.00. And for that price it deserves five stars. If I got them for full price I may have buyers remorse and shop around for a different pair to be honest. Just a bit heavy, which causes it to slightly move at times, but you can wear for hours without hurting your ears and the band snugs on your head pretty well so that if the headset does move, it stops itself. Where this headset shines is sound quality and the noise cancellation is just good enough to compliment it. Mic is just okay. Comfort- 7.5/10 Design- 8/10 Audio and Noise Cancellation- 9/10 Mic- 6.5/10

For years now I have used other products such as Corsair and Razer Kraken. I decided to try these after a friend mentioned them and how much they enjoyed the sound and comfort. I have to admit, they are very comfortable. The are large and fit over the ear nicely. A little heavy, but overall very easy to wear. The sound quality is clear and very adjustable. Also, the fact that you can just replace the wires by unplugging them from the headset is fantastic as the wires are usually what get worn down or broken. I recommend these for the music enthusiast and the gamer.

Great headset, super comfortable. I like how it has an adapter piece so I can switch from using it between Xbox and PC. I also love the RGB on the side of the headset!

Light, comfortable for long wear; I use it for hours a day. Great sound both from the mic and from the earphones. Cord is a little longer than it needs to be for me, but that is by no means a dealbreaker.

I really like these. Very comfortable and the sound is great. Mic is pretty good too though I usually use my elgato mic.

Best headphones I ever got, clean rgb, great audio. Microphone has clear sound, overall a very good headset for its price. Material is nice and sturdy and sets really nicely on the ears.

While many headphones these days are going towards the wireless experience the Arctis 5 sticks with a Wired system. However, the wire is a USB connection so no more multiple plug ins. The headset also allows for integration with applications like Discord. Two features that stand out for me are the retractable mike, great for non gaming functions, and the sound knob which allows the headphones to focus talking or chat over gameplay noise and vice versa. Overall great quality, comfortable to wear, and integrates well with a gaming rig. While clearly a mid-range system, I feel at $99 you get good value for your money.

Got this for my brother for his new pc build, sound quality is great, mic is clear, and the headset is comfortable. The RGB looks nice too, its not too flashy and can be customized.

Headset are really comfortable but looks like this version come in one size. Must try on before purchasing. Other than that great sound quality and i like how you can hide the mic when not in use.

These Arctis 5 headphones are really comfortable and the sound is superior for headphones at this price point. I suggest researching this product reviews on YouTube as they will be able to explain better. Overall, these headphones are great and the microphone is super clear. People can hear me so good, they get freaked out on how clear it sounds, so surreal. The important thing to note is the Arctis 5 connects to a PC through USB. I am sure you can use the AUX outlet but the microphone will not work.

I had a pair of Coirsar Void headphones and i thought i really liked them till they broke after a year. I bought these and while i cannot comment on durability yet, I can say the sound quality is so far above what i was using its kinda silly. They sound really nice when you just plug them in, but once you install the StealSeries Engine and then add in the DTS is sounds awesome. They feel good on the head and no not feel heavy or sqeeze to much. I really like the volume knob that plugs into the computer. It has a long cord that can reach what ever you have and then place the volume knob on your desk to plug the headphones into so you dont have this super annoying long cord you have to manage. I will try to remember to come back and report if i have any issues with the head set... No responce will indicate they are working as expected. Thanks

These are definitely the nicest headphones I’ve ever owned. Not the most expensive but the best value for the price. They cover my ears perfectly and the material is a nice fabric that doesn’t make me sweat. The adjustable strap is an elegant design and makes the headset very comfortable. The sound is great -and adjustable- and the cord is long enough so that I can move around.

This headset is amazing! I use to use Turtle Beach and these are much more comfortable and the sound is amazing. High quality for a low price! The chat cable if pretty long too.
