I had a 15-year-old headset that finally bit the dust. I went to BB because I needed the sound capability for doing Zoom that evening. I tried all the styles out on the rack, and these were the most comfortable by far. Bought them, took them home, figured it would be another 1/2 hour before they worked (drivers, settings, etc.) and I plugged them in and they worked immediately. Great headset, good controls. Could have lived without the light-up ear cuffs.

Great headset, lasted awhile. I got two pairs one for my girlfriend and one for me.

I’ve used these quite a few days now and by far they are the best surround sound gaming headphones I’ve ever owned. I have wireless Sony bass boost headphones as well, and these headphones are as close as it gets. Everything sounds crisp and the 7.1 surround sound is very immersive. The cable can be a bit annoying at times, but they give you plenty of length to work with. And 10/10 would buy again!

This headset is super light and amazing. The sound quality is good and the SteelSeries program is easy to use also. The RGB is really cool, but the led on the mic when muted can be bright and distracting. The Xbox use for this is a bit annoying since the sound quality drops a little and you need the extra dongle for Xbox use. The mic could be better.

The Arctis 5’s are good for a $99 price tag, but if you’ve got more to spend I wouldn’t buy them. I returned these a day after purchasing them only because I found the Arctis Pro online going for a steal. The sound on both are incredible but on the Arctis 5 it could be much better. Very comfortable however, not too tight. I don’t wear glasses so I am not sure how it feels with them on. You can change the sound using the Steelseries engine but the equalizer is confusing for new people.

These are fantastic with food sound and nice fit. The volume adjustment is great.

Awesome headset, works great and haven't had any problems so far, surround sound is also too cool! Worth the 100, 100%! One issue however is having to winsock reset my pc since the SteelSeries engine isn’t picking up the headset unless I perform said winsock reset every time. Small nuisance but I still love the headset!

Amazing and awesome headphones , quality is great and I could wear them all day

I would have given this higher but, maybe this is just my pair of headphones acting up, but the RGB lights absolutely refuse to sync with my preferences or with the combined Prism Sync settings. Other than that, these headphones have awesome sound & surround quality while feeling very comfortable to wear, all for less than $100. Also, these headphones have awesome material quality and the look absolutely stunning.

Can wear for hours and not even notice I have the headphones on. Sometimes I don't like the original chatbox cable because it's quite long but I think there are adapters to fix that. I used these headphones for Zoom throughout the COVID-19 pandemic with ease. Also used these for playing PS4 with no problem with the given adapter in the box.

I bought this headset after sifting through videos on youtube for the best pc headset. And I gotta say i’m impressed. The headset is very easily adjusted and has amazing audio. The usage is very easy to get down and it’s simple design saves the heartache of overcomplification. The ear cushion parts soft too. It’s a good headset no cap, i’d recommend to anyone.

The sound is good but they are a little lose for me

These headphones are excellent for the price you pay. 7.1 surround sound sure goes a long way with these. You can definitely hear where the footsteps are coming from and mainly every sound possible. This is coming from call of duty and fortnite player. Only thing which isn’t too much of a bother is if the bass could be a little better other than that a solid head piece.

I use it mostly for video games on my ps4. Mic sounds great and clear. It actually eliminates background noise very well considering on my old headset people could hear my tv and others talking and now they cant. Audio is great and clear. And its comfortable enough to game for several hours without ear fatigue.

I absolutely love these headphones! You can hear where the enemy is coming from, no matter what direction and it’s always crisp and distinct. Every time I’m playing with my friends they say it sounds like I’m standing right next to them which is always a plus for these headphones, because they’re actually not that expensive
