They are really amazing! The shipping was really quick it said 2 weeks because of the holiday’s but I got it within the week! Audio and Microphone are really great and sound quality is amazing!

Excellent headphones. The mic is great. Everyone says my silky smooth voice comes in like i am in the same room. The surround sound is great. Thoroughly enjoying my new headphones.

This is a decent headphone set. The only thing is when I switched over from USB to headphone jack the quality dropped. Otherwise, I would say this is a good set. I use it about 7 hours a day for zoom call 5 to 6 days a week.

The microphone on this headset is great. I have had listeners tell me that it is like me speaking right next to them in real life. The sound experience, though, is not great and I would almost compare it to the cheap headphones that you get in economy class while flying in an airplane. I have tried downloading the application and adjusted the equalizer but it still did not sound great. A lot of the cables are proprietary, so I would just suggest to not lose any of the cables. All in all, I would not recommend it due to the poor audio quality.

Good headset for gaming played games like valorant rainbow 6 siege , etc footsteps are highly audible good bass as well the program recognized my headset with no issues and it made a good addition to my steel series setup

We're using this in my small business for VoIP calls using RingCentral, Slack and Zoom. They are very clear and comfortable to wear for hours a day.

Good sound quality and good mic quality it does work with all platforms but u have to buy and extra 3.5 to 3.5 audio jack for the rgb to work on console and the audio mixer.

Good headset for preteen gamer. This particular brand seems to last a bit longer than some of the others ive purchased in the past.

Great Headphones. They have great game sound quality and nice lighting. Mic is awesome and while the Velcro band may lose it's grip over time it can be fixed by washing the band. Otherwise great quality Arctis product.

Son's headset went out on one side, so he borrowed my Arctis 5 set to try & loved them. We bought him his own set & highly recommend them. Great sound & clarity.

These headphones literally change the way you experience games. Sounds are crisp and clear, alerting you to everything in your surroundings. Very big fan.

The most comfortable headphones I have ever owned! They do not put pressure on your ears like many headphones do and I love that they are compatible with the PC and my PS4. The color changing is an added plus!

These headphones give great surround sound and you can barely hear any background noise on how condensed the headphones feel on your ears, great game play sound when using them for multiple games.

These headphones have very good sound. They can reach very high volume levels with no need for amplifier. Only 1 small negative is proprietary connectors on cords.
