Great cheap headphones, Bad cord.

The only thing is these wired headsets from Steel series always bunch up or bend. I've used 3 of these headsets and each one does it over time. The steel series software is easy to use, and you don't need it as windows installs everything you need.

Did not work as advertised and need better support

Even after contacting customer support I could not get it to work. It would be nice if they had live support. Email support is not enough. I returned them and got the Razer Nari Ultimate instead. Much happier now.

It's ok but not great

After you download the software you can make them sound good with the eq out of the box there is no bass and the treble is so high it hurts your ears. My old tb z60s sound better. Dts x is spatial sound there is no true 7.1 like my old ones. You do get full 360 degree sound you still cant hear if thier above or below. We need some good dolby atmos headphones
