I've had two other headsets. This one is more comfortable. The sound is more clear. The microphone picks up my voice more clearly. The microphone picks up a lot less extraneous sounds. It was definitely worth the money.

quality of the headset and additional accessories are great! And pared with the steelseries software has wonderful advantages to tune it to whatever you may be doing with it. I really do love the headset. Plus rgb so.. haha.

I must say, I had to return it. However, it was due to lack of value on the PS4 console. They are so comfortable and sound quality is amazing. My issue was they weren't as loud as I like (only of PS4) On my PC they were great. This brand has a console specific but I didn't know at the time of purchase.

These are amazing value. Excellent sound quality, excellent comfort, solid design. I work in a call center and I bought a pair to use through our VOIP and the customers hear me better.

They are very comfortable on the head. Good sound and clear audio from the mic as well as coming out the headset. I would recommend these for gaming on a computer any day.

I came from Astro A10, and it was so amazing. Great sound, nice mic,when you wear it you dont feel like you have a headset on your head, it feel so confortable. I definetly recommend this product.

Great quality sound but expected to be able to set 5.1 on my PS4 Pro. Can't do it. I believe it only works on a PC. The cord is plenty long enough for me when I'm playing BF4 or Modern Warfare in my living room. Some people might want a bit more length. The volume dial on the cord is pretty crappy. It's not that it's poor quality. It just turns too easily. It's constantly being adjusted when I don't want it to be adjusted. If I move a bit and the cord drags across the floor, the volume dial will turn, sometimes completely turning off the sound. I'll be in the middle of a firefight, or my buddies will be telling me something, or I'll be listening for footsteps, and the next thing I know, everything goes silent because I moved or my sprawled out on the volume dial on the cord. I'll reach over to adjust it, and BOOM! I'm dead.

Got this to replace a razer headset. This one is comfortable and sounds better. Steelseries is a great brand. Just check out a display to see if you like the build.

They really do sound great. Have not had a pair of headphones that supported spatial sound and it will be hard to go back if I ever have to after these. There is plenty of cord and the physical buttons are simple and intuitive. It is also a nice bonus that the microphone has a red LED to let you know you are on mute. One little thing that is more user error is that sometimes the microphone does not come through loud enough. It sounds far away but I think I am getting the settings down and it is getting better. Last point is that the headband is very comfortable.

Figured why not try this after old headphones finally gave up. Own other SteelSeries stuff and find this does just what I want. Love that I can turn down the game if I need to and still hear the voice chat.

I have purchased two pairs. One for my ps4 and one for my pc. They are very comfortable for long hours of gaming. I have used them for over a year. I would highly recommend. Not too costly for a solid headphone.

Very nice sounding. Really like the software as well. The most comfortable headset ive ever worn. Overall like these way more than headsets ive pad 2 or 3x the price for.

I’m loving this headset. It provides great sound while creating a nice barrier for noise cancellation. It’s very comfortable and the volume mixer control is very handy.

Good headset for the price. Wish the fitting band over the head was not as tight. Speakers blown easily if playing music of football game too loud.

These sound so crisp and good! It’s funny, I had headphone insurance on $60 Razer pair that broke after like a year, so I thought “what the heck” and added another $60 to get these. I didn’t even pay attention to what I was buying too, but I was like in a major hurry to work on my music (I’m an unofficial artist) and just thought “ I trust you, let’s do it” and oh my God; the spectrum of sound is profound. I used these to mix sub or to engineer a surround sound and was very impressed with the clarity. Also really fun with gaming because of how the bullets sound. I just like these a lot!

Love my Arcis 5s - great sound quality, comfortable for extended period, and the lighting color choice to match my gaming setup was the icing on the cake. These are great quality for the price!

comfort is amazing , sound quality very good, mic is very clear and crisp , i came from corsair void pro SE , and minus not being wireless this headset if far better in everything then corsair

Great headset, great quality, and great mic. I love the feature of the pull out and in mic, along with the mute button. Not a big fan of the long cord, but I can deal with it
