Wish they left the software alone

The battery life is really quite poor though and the chat/game mix function used to work but was broken with an update and never fixed again. PLEASE fix the AWFUL software

Good headset - not the most comfortable

I also use this for work, and after about 3 hours of usage it gets somewhat uncomfortable. I think the metal headband makes these more restrictive and tighter of a fit than the Arctic 3 or 5.
