Customers frequently mention the superb sound quality and long battery life as top features. Comfort is also praised, although some users note fit issues depending on head size. While the Bluetooth functionality and range are appreciated, a high price point and some software quirks are common criticisms.

    9/10 Great Headphones

Really good headphones, a bit small for some users but the sound is great. I use it on my Xbox even though it’s not meant for Xbox and it still sounds great. The two rechargeable batteries it comes with are really useful, if one does you can just put in the other and continue gaming.

I used to own an arctis 7 headset and loved it. It was one of the most comfortable headsets that I owned. So when it came to purchasing a new wireless headset, I wanted to give this headset a try. For the price point, it is a bit steep, but the included receiver that let's you change sources on the fly AND it comes with two batteries so that you'll never be caught with a dead headset. The one battery is placed in the headset cover and is real easy to swap. While you're using the battery in the headset, the other is charging in the receiver. So the battery and the dock was what peaked my interest, along with the previous comfort of the arctis 7 headset. Not to mention the dock has bluetooth so you can connect your phone and answer phonecalls from the headset which is really nice as well. So I had high hopes for this headset Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the headset. The batteries were really nice as mentioned before as I never had to worry about my headset having a charge. The dock was nice, but I have a ps5 and a PC and constantly switch between the two and I could not switch between the two without plugging and unplugging the usb cord between the two systems. The PS5 does not have an optical cord and is only USB. I purchased the ASTRO HDMI Adapter, hoping to eliminate the need to plug and unplug the USB in between systems but the Astro HDMI adapter did not work with the arctis dock. And for comfort, this headset was horrible. after like 10 minutes my head started to hurt as there is quite a bit of clamping force on the ears. And there is a very minimal amount of room for the headband to adjust, so adjusting this headset to place on and over my ears was not possible. And the audio out of the box I was not a fan of. It definitely needed some tweaking through the software, and even the EQ presets I was not a fan of. If I am paying this money for a headset, I certainly hope that audio would be to my liking straight out of the box. For over $120 less, I settled for a Logitech Pro X wireless headset and was very happy for the fact that I just saved that much money for a headset that I actually enjoy. Yes Im missing the dock, the battery swap, and the bluetooth capability, but the fact that I simply have another headset that is much more comfortable, has great audio out the box, and great build quality... I really dont care for those features the arctis pro wireless has

Yes these are pricey, but you should get what you pay for and you do with these. Lots of customizations, easy to use. This head set has a swappable battery and comes with a spare. So you're never going to run out of power. They sound amazing, and has eq presets you can change on the fly. These are amazing for gaming but just as good for late night movie watching. These blow the newest A50's out of the water and then some. Highly recommend!!

Very good quality gaming headphones, the versatility to use it on multiple devices and to swap batteries as needed makes it so convenient to use and my go to headphones for gaming and general use with both consoles and PC. The only negative is that set up can take a few minutes the first time.

The headset has a metal headband so it’s slightly heavier than other headsets I’ve owned but it does not take away much from overall comfort. The sound quality is great and allows you to adjust the audio mix to your preference. The mic sounds pretty good for a headset mic and the dual battery system allows me to use the headset almost continuously by just swapping batteries. Overall a quality headset

Bought this to replace my Astro A50s cause they were trying to have you buy another item to allow for use on next gen consoles so I jumped ship. The bass was better in the A50s but these have a better sound overall. I like that you can change out the battery but not a big fan of the button mute there are plenty of times I don’t notice I’m on mute or vice versa(which can be embarrassing lol) I haven’t found them to be as comfortable as the A50s but to be fair I haven’t adjust the headband at all lol. I’ve only had them for about a month but overall I would say they are a great pair of headphones and the fact that I’ll get to use them in next gen consoles without an adapter is a huge plus. The sound customization doesn’t feel as detailed as the A50s but I’m no expert there and usually used the preset modes available. Like I said they’re great just different from the A50 that I’ve been accustomed to for a few years and overall I’m happy with the purchas

Nearly the perfect headset due to amazing sound quality and versatility. But it's not quite a fit for my big head and is a little uncomfortable. Also there is no way to turn surround on and off from the headset itself. And the position of the mic mute button means it gets hit if you lie down to watch a movie making an annoying beep every time you move your head. Despite these drawbacks, I know of no other headset at this price that delivers audio perfection and versatility to use for pc gaming as well as phone, movies, TV and music, and Bluetooth connectivity. Potential for a five star review if they redesign for big head comfort (and yes, I already tried backbending the metal strap, but there just isn't enough strap for a big head no matter how you bend it).

Sound quality is great but not the best I've heard. I just switched from a wired Alienware AW510H and I hate to say that those sound better but I did not have my wireless freedom like I do with the Arctic Pros. The headphones kinda hurt my ears but just have to readjust sometimes. The bluetooth capability is clutch. If you're a wireless addict, this one is for you

These headphones are top notch. You definitely get what you pay for. You almost forget you have them on, the sound is crisp with great bass. You can hook your phone up via Bluetooth to take calls, listen to music if you'd like without skipping a beat in your gaming. Pricy but worth it 110%.

Sound quality is excellent, I did end up returning these. If you have a 5 head like me they will squeeze your skull. There is no vertical adjustments on the ear cups so compensating for a dome that has neaderthal decent.

The Steelseries wireless pro headset is by far 1 of the best headsets out there. I’ve tried many and this by far tops the list. Sound quality is incredible, battery life is immaculate, quality is as good as it gets. You won’t go wrong with this headset no 2 ways about it.

The headphones are absolutely fantastic. Truly lossless, extremely comfortable, and they sound amazing. I was pleasantly surpised to see that it came with an extra battery, as well as a very nice charging port built into the headset's base station. Overall, the best headset I have purchased for my gaming set up.

Great, reliable sound, not static or connection issues. Battery swap is so convenient. The ability to hear sound from a phone call while still hearing the sound from the ps4 is a game changer. Pricey but if you got the money to splurge, best headset for ps4 out there. I also owned the Astro a50, which were more comfortable but sound was unreliable. Constantly heard static from the game.

This is the most honest review I've ever submitted, I bought the new PS headset and I ended up returning it cause I thought it wasn't enough so I went and I spent three times what I had spent on these headphones, the quality is great very sturdy, the sound is splendid, I have a big head and these fit a little too small, what is a pain in the butt is the actual use of them, no matter if they are off they will mute all sound coming from your PS4/PS5 so you have to click some options and you can get all sound coming from your TV but do I want to do that every time I want to use my headphones or join to chat? Not really, I'm going to keep them just because the Bluetooth capability otherwise they will be already on the returned shelf. If you are looking for PS4/PS5 headsets I'll say go SONY if you have a computer buy Arctis Pro.

Killer for streaming from a pc & being in a party chat using the bluetooth from your phone without recording the whole party. The headset is pretty comfortable but could be better for the price. Would go for the ones just a tier lower then theses ones. Only up side is the interchangeable batteries which makes it so your always ready to go.
