I've been using these everyday for just over a month and love them. At first they hurt the top of my head and I was worried I would need to return them. My head quickly adjusted and now I can wear them for 8+ hours with no discomfort. I love the ability to connect to my PC and phone at the same time. Perfect for work from home.

The sound quality is spectacular, easy to set up and lots of features my only downside is the ear muffs, after less than an hour of use they start to hurt my head. Maybe they just need to be broken in still love the wireless feature of these.

Best headset I've ever owned. The fact that it's a simple battery swap rather than being tethered for a certain amount of time means less cable attached to me and my audio. This headset having the ability to enable bluetooth is icing on the cake.

Amazing Gaming Headset for Avid Players

I had a $27 headset, that I bought from Amazon, and it lasted for several years. When it died, I watched a ton of YouTube videos, searching for the best headset. I've turned into quite the gamer, and, although headsets can be very expensive, if you use it, and it lasts, then it was a solid purchase. This was, fairly, equal with the Astro A50; the reviews fluctuated (depending on the website). However, they're too large for my noggin, and that's the worst thing: wearing something heavy for long gaming sessions. I bought this headset, and, while it did take me a couple of weeks to get used to the weight (the $27 one was cheap and light), I love it! There's a fabric strap that keeps the metal band off of your head. The mic extends, and has a light, to let you know if you're muted. The sides glow, and they're very sleek. I can, even, change the colors, if I want to. If you're looking for a new headset, and you're an avid gamer, look no further. I've, already, recommended this to 3 friends, (online friends, mind you), and 2 of them have purchased it. I hear nothing but positive feedback. Thank you, Steelseries!!

This headset, while expensive, is one of the best headsets I've ever used. I absolutely love the fact that it has an extra battery in the base station so I never have to plug in the headset or put it on a charger, I just swap the battery when it alerts me that it's low. Build quality is decent, far better than some of the reviewers lead me to believe.

GREAT headset - for smaller heads and not PS5

I am taking one star off due to the size and comfort of these. The sound was very good, just not on the PS5. I have a slightly larger head and these were on the MAX size settings and still were pretty tight. Very comfortable I'm sure if you have a smaller head. The customization and sound were really good, but not after downloading two third party programs on my computer and hours of reading forums to figure out how to use them. I always want to get the best sound possible, especially out of a $300 headset purchase, and I guess this was the only way. Eventually in the end, I returned these (even after I just caught a $90 off sale on them!) and stuck with a direct USB connection with my old pair of Astro A50's. They sound better with PS5 than any of the setting did with the SteelSeries + HDMI Extractor.

Comfortable for me. High quality sound and feel. That's where the quality seems to end. Bluetooth is nice but it adjusts the volume on it's own which I can't stand. It does this every time it detects a sound and and makes for a painful experience when your phone shows the volume on screen. The elastic headband is already giving up after a month and a half. One battery has a notably shorter life than the other. Only drives one speaker on the audio out, not both, so this feature is not useful. For the money these issues are unacceptable.

bought this after owning the razer nari ultimate's for about a year. these are more expensive, but the price is justified in my opinion. the sound quality is amazing, mic quality is crystal clear, and they are so much more comfortable to me. highly recommend these to anyone looking for a great headset and can spare the cost. you wont be disappointed.

This is a great gaming headset, I've had them for a month now and find them very comfortable. I would say that I have a medium size head and the fit is nice. As far as the sound I think they sound really clear, there are lots of adjustments on the EQ so you can get them to where you like. So far I haven't had any issues with the headphones.

If you’re deciding between this and the Astro A50s, get this. Astros have too much bass, and I really like my bass. But when it comes to competitive gaming and having used both headsets for extensive time I would never go back to Astro. I can hear effects and footsteps way more reliably with the Arctic Pro

Not bad, but is it worth the money!? So, yes the Arctis pro wireless is an awesome looking setup with a DAC, extra battery and more. So, this was purchased for the PlayStation 5. The update for the PS5 just came about, to which the update fixed the missing PS5 setting! In the past we had to use the setup for PS4. This worked, but I asked myself is this going to get any better? . Difference before and after update vs after is the fact you now have that PS5 selection! Now they also said it would improve the sound a bit! So let’s look at that! These headphones claim to fame is the fact they have Hi-res audio speakers... To which they can’t really say it’s hi-res audio due to how they are connected wirelessly! So, this added extra area of sound (+20khz) is in a range that the human ear (most cases) can’t not decipher. So, cool factor.. But who cares if I can’t really use it. Before the Pros I Owned the Arctis 7! Sound wise and feature wise are about hand in hand. The 7 series does not have that optical in like the pro, but with the PS5 not having an optical connector, it’s useless! Unless you’ve purchased for the PS4 Pro! Now, another thing that bothers me is the fact that the only uses regular Dolby! No Atmos, no other formats. So, again being that newer formats are here, and coming... These don’t take advantage of those possibilities. I will say, battery changing is awesome! I was mid game, and my headset died, I wanted to try and see if it would kick me from the game, and or cause an issue to change it during play! I’m happy to report that they performed great doing this! Pop the side cover, grab the spare from the DAC, and swap! Took about 15 second to do, and headphone start up was quick! I did not miss anything! So, I would really consider if these are the right setup for you! Sound wise, quality will be very little over the regular 7 or 7P! PS4 pro is the o on way to take advantage of optical audio, unless you have a TV that uses optical and or a AVR that does. Now, I have not tested even tho I have a LG CX and a Denon AVR-X3700H. Why? Due to the fact that in order to get your 3D audio, you need to be plugged in directly to the PS5! How ever you will get better 5.1 over optical, seeing that’s about where that stops. And is 5.1 important with headphones? Or would that PS5 3D sound make more sense seeing you don’t have 5 speakers and a subwoofer built into your head set! So, you have money to blow? Don’t care to much about the sound or feature set, just want quick fast battery changes between games, this is for you! Uou want better sound? Well you’ll get about 98% of the sound you do from the wireless pro, as you do the Arctis 7 and 7P. Do your home work!

This is an amazing headset for gaming, from the removable battery to the retractable mic and then the soft band along the top... Overall I think this is an amazing headset. I love that when the battery gets low, all it takes is <10 seconds to replace it with a full battery that is charged in the base station. That being said, it is a bit pricey and you can probably find a comparable headset for less. There's also an issue with the included ear pads, they hurt your ears after a few hours of wearing them. I have several friends that own this headset and they all complain of the same issue. But this is easily remedied by buying third-party ear pads from companies like BRAINWAVZ on Amazon. In conclusion, if you're willing to spend the money on these and replacement pads from BRAINWAVZ, I'd go for it, these rule.

They sound absolutely amazing! A little pricey, but I got them on sale for $40 off. I like the fact that the the deck can be powered by a wall outlet so I can charge the batteries without keeping my PS5 on. I also have them connected to my PC and I can change the input very easily.

My son loves these headphones. He said they are so comfortable and he can barely tell they are on. I tried them them and agree. He also said they sound fantastic too. He also said that he BubbyCTlikes that the end of the mic turns red when muted. These headphones get the Fortnite thumbs-up!

Really good headphones especially if you don't want to mess with cords anymore. The sound quality is good and the battery life is good. The included charger and extra battery pack mean you'll always be connected wirelessly and don't have to worry about a charging cable ever being connected.

I tried it for quite a while, feels good at first, but it starts to hurt your ears after a good 2-3 hours. sound is average, but it sounds like cheap ear buds for gaming, for music its fine, movies also meh. it started to have sound issues with multiple applications, constantly had to keep resetting the sound levels, and also had to set the default sound device on windows as this kept resetting it. oh it also is totaly incompatable with the windows sound levels, only its built in sound wheel, and its audio dac works, so if you use the sound button or a sound macro on your computer it wont work with it. I also started to have an issue where it sounded like the volume wheel was being turned repeatedly, like the sound would go up, then down, then up and down. mic quality is meh, but I've heard WAY better mic sounds on cheaper headphones. 320$ for this? no way, was not even close to worth it. after dozens of hours of research, there really is no headphones/set that tops them all, just get a cheap 50-90$ pair as they tend to be more comfortable, more features, and tend to have better sound.
