decent gaming style headphones. not the best bass but better sound direction than most gaming style headphones. also the 2 batteries were a fantastic addition. EQ jsettings not customizable enough

Great sound, love being able to play game and also be connected to my phone to take a call or listen to music. Love that it comes with two interchangeable batteries, so one is always charging on base, no downtime. All in all, glad I purchased!

The headset itself is wonderful, though I wish I had more of an EQ range like the wired version, but this was known when I researched this. My issue and why I give this 3 stars is not because of the headset itself, infact out of over 25 headsets this is the best I have ever owned, it is infact the base station and the support from Steel Series. I use a GoXLR and thus have to use an Aux connection from the GoXLR to the base station. When you flip to the Aux connection you cannot have your volume at max or you will have a massive amount of white noise even. Sometimes with a DC adapter (not included) you can bypass this issue or limit it, however, this is not guaranteed. To further this issue, I put in a ticket with Steel Series support to exchange the base station, I don't want money, I want to use this thing without being wired, if I wanted to be wired I would have bought the wired version. It took me over a month to get them to work with me to put in a replacement request, the issue now is that I am out of warranty due to how long this has taken and thus I am being fought on this. To make matters worse, I was told that this is standard wireless noise due to the driver size. Please note that you WILL hear some noise with wireless, this is normal, the issue is that on every other source EXCEPT aux, you hear next to nothing unless you really listen. The Aux port is picking up additional noise around it due to what could be any issue. I attempted a Ground Noise Loop Isolator and this did help solve the issue to a minor level, however, it does not do enough as this seems to be a faulty connection. In Summary, if you buy this headset it is wonderful. The sound is excellent for Music, Movies, and Gaming. The software is decent, not great but decent, but the support and the Aux port issues (of which I have found many of the same issue when googling this) are a massive headache making me not want to buy another SS headset.

I was looking for a headset with some flexibility in use. I can use this one with my phone, pc, and ps4. When using with discord, friends have said I am very clear. I like the button to mute/unmute and that the mic retracts. Coming with 2 batteries ensures it's always ready to go

Definitely worth the price, works with every device you have, PS4/PS5, Xbox, PC, mobile, wired. I also love that it comes with two batteries and that one is always charging and ready within the base station. The audio and the mic quality is also great.

Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless is a great headset. Sounds great, good mic and options with the base station and swappable battery option. Dual wireless enabling you to use the headset for PC/PS and Bluetooth for your phone at the same is a huge plus.

I am a hardcore gamer. Often times i spend 8-10 hours at a time playing. I went from A40s to these. The features on these are incredible. The two batteries they provide you are awesome and last a while. I love the fact that you can charge one battery in the mix amp while using the other battery in headset. Its genius. Where these go wrong for me is comfort. I have a bigger head than normal and after using these for 4 days the outside of my ears are very sore due to the tightness on the headset. The adjustability on the strap is very limited.

Build quality amazing Sounds quality, best I’ve ever had Comes with two batteries so you can swap them it’s so nice being able to do that Connection it’s great I don’t ever have any issues with this mic it’s truly the best you can buy and it really shows

I have to say yes it is a little up there in price however 100% worth it. The Amp looks cool, and charging the batteries is a sinch. I appreciate the Bluetooth for my cellphone, & watching Netflix is a joy with them on. Yes would buy them again at a instant.

The best headset I’ve ever worn. This is the first headset that I’ve ever worn that doesn’t hurt your head after long term use. The sound is incredible, and the microphone is pristine. They are expensive, but if you can afford it, it’s worth the price

This headset was tough to find in stock. Finally was able to get one and I have zero regrets. Sound quality is superb, connectivity is easy and setup. Comfort is stellar and I have a giant head.

Wow what an amazing headset! The sound quality is fabulous. I purchased the first one for my oldest son. He liked them so much his younger brother had to have one so I purchased a second one. Sound Quality is 5 Stars as well as the wireless strength (son was downstairs from his room still talking to friends online. Reason for only giving this 4 Stars is that it isn't just a plug in and play. Both my sons have a PS4 and had to watch a few you tube videos before getting the headset to work wirelessly using the dac. Not terribly complicated but not a plug in and go. But amazing once they got them to work.

Sound is fantastic. Range is great. I walk all over the apartment with these when I take a break from my computer. Voice sounds great. For this price, be great if they came with a stand as they just end up laying everywhere.

Best and worst headset available now. I’ve tried more gaming headsets than I can count on one hand and by far this is the best sounding wireless headset ever, now for the worst part. This is my third Arctis Pro Wireless headset the last two were defective with strange quality issues. The first one had Bluetooth issues and a squeaky ear cup, the second one the base died three months in. But after all that here I am with my third headset no issues yet and I love it. Only buy this headset if you’re buying the geek squad warranty along with it.

One of the best gaming headsets out there, great connectivity, reliable battery life, strong construction and good mic quality. Have been using for almost 2 years and hasn't let me down.

i bought these because they were one of the few headphones for gaming that also had bluetooth. I can be playing a game on my gaming pc, get up and walk around be listening to music on my phone. The quality is awesome. They are expensive but worth every penny.

First off, great sound. Best gaming headset that for everything else too! I run a PlayStation, and absolutely love the comfort, balanced sound, and wireless ease. I can go all over my little trailer and not lose any connection. I would highly recommend.

Hands down this is the best gaming headset that money can buy! I love the Bluetooth feature and the fact that you never have to charge the batteries just swap them is amazing.

Best pair of gaming headphones I have owned! Took me a little bit to fully understand how to use them. You still can technically pair them via Bluetooth to your pc but the audio quality is not good. You certainly want to have the receiver connected to your pc and use the chat or wireless game drivers. That being said I can still pair them via Bluetooth on my phone and the quality is just fine. My only complaint is the design isn't quite friendly to users with big heads. Kinda gets uncomfortable after hours of use. I have to loosen the strap till its literally on its last thread to make more comfortable. I think if they had a strap that even had an additional half inch to the total length that would work great for me. The Mic quality is superb. No complaints. Audio quality is rich in tone and bass
