Excellent quality sound!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I owned some Astro A-50's for the last 5 yrs., which sound very nice, but to me, tend to have a stronger base tone. With the medium tone of the new Steel Series I feel like I can hear footsteps more clearly, as well as, the Steel Series seem to offer a slightly better spacial awareness for the direction in which the footsteps are approaching.

Great Wireless Headset!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Made the switch back to a wireless headset and I'm glad I did! I'm no audiophile, but the audio seems very high-quality to me, especially when paired with Dolby Atmos. I use these for music, meetings, and competitive gaming. Works well for all!

Very Disappointing
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset was honestly extremely disappointing. I had read reviews saying that it was among the best gaming headsets money can buy, but I frankly didn't see its performance matching what was expected based on its relatively high price. When compared with the Arctis 7 headset, the Arctis Pro Wireless seemed inferior in almost every way. There was a constant buzzing/static sound present in the Pro Wireless that is not heard with the Arctis 7. Audio played through the Pro Wireless sounded empty and hollow even after attempting to fine-tune EQ settings, whereas audio played through the Arctis 7 felt very rich by comparison. It's entirely possible that I have terrible taste in sound quality or that the unit I received was defective, so this was just my experience. Comfort-wise they felt the same. The only thing going for the Pro Wireless is the base station with swappable batteries that I think would be very nice to have. However, this accessory does not override the poor performance of the headset itself, and even if these two options were the same price, I would easily pick the Arctis 7 over the Pro Wireless. Considering that the Pro Wireless is over DOUBLE the price of the Arctis 7, it is a no-brainer. I really wanted to like these headphones, but there honestly wasn't much to like.

Works with Xbox and PC w/surround.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset works great with pc and Xbox. Xbox you just plug the station in with optical and usb and Set to PS and it’ll work. Feels more premium than the Logitech headsets and I got burned out on them because the 3 Logitech’si have all died in some way, last one was 933 Artemis and the right speaker started cutting in and out.

Two Thumbs Way Up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Features and connectivity are excellent. You can connect to your phone AND game at the same time. Also, the mic quality is great (recommend using the foam cover) and fit is perfect (nice seal with self-adjusting headband). Construction is almost entirely metal. Movies sound great with the 7.1 surround feature that replicates surround sound similar to the Sony WH-L600. While the Sony are "good", they are expensive for what they are and have a very plastic build. Even if you don't game, the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless is a winner. The only con is there's no USB-C, however, it comes with an additional battery that stays charged in the transmitter, so you may never even use the Micro USB connection.

Amazing headset with one small issue
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is amazing. Great sound quality, great build quality, the entire thing just feels solid. The microphone is where you have some issues though. Voice quality and clarity is definitely up there (not as high as a professional studio microphone) but it’s stellar for a headset microphone. However, the mute button is a little gimmicky and you need to fiddle with it for it to stay muted. For a headset that costs this much, you’d expect a mute button that doesn’t need to be wiggled to actually mute the microphone.

Sweet Cans
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is awesome! I had the Steelseries 7P. This is a complete upgrade to that headset. This handles bass better n the frequency range is better. What also makes this headset good is the changeable batteries. You can just purchase more from their site when it begins to degrade over time.

Great headset, worth the money
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All i can really say for this gaming headset is that they are worth the investment mostly when it comes to the roch sou d quality that they have to offer in which they immerse you into your game and then you realize you got to get up for school in about 3 hours kind of way.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love em' !!! Best all around headset I have purchased so far. I have been using them for gaming mostly (PS4, can't find a PS5 yet lol) and you can hear every little sound super clearly. Makes games and movies just that much better. One of the best headsets I've ever owned.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had several Astro's A40 & A50's and Turtle Beach Stealth 700's and the Steel Series Pro wireless are hands down my new favorite headset. I was looking for a set that worked for Ps4 and XBX along with my TV like my Gen1 ASTRO A50's and these did the trick, they are the best sounding headset I have owned to date.

Great headset
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I am loving my new headset. Great surround sound, the battery replacement is easy to use and the headset too. I did run to a problem, i don’t know if its my PS4 or the transmitter box. Sometimes the mic sound low when talking to people but once you re connect everything is back to normal.

Headset hum at this price point is pretty bad.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset sounds great, and it has two batteries you can hot swap to basically be wireless 100% of the time. However it has a small hum you can hear at all times in the back ground which i did not experience with my arctis 7 wireless headset. Thats pretty unacceptable for the price point. The arctis 7 is honestly a better deal for most consumers so id recommend you go that way if you go steel series.

You get what you pay for and this is top-tier.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent build quality, sound, mic, distance. Oh, and the extra batteries so you never have to worry about downtime is a godsend. You can even purchase more from them for about $20 which I feel is pretty fair.
