This is a wireless headset that also has the option of being wired with the optical cables that came with it. The sound quality is great but it is best used for gaming because of it’s bulkiness and setup

honestly best headset I’ve ever owned. Sometimes had issues with Bluetooth connectivity and distance but the sound is superior !

I’m using these with the ps5 and they sound good. I must say I was expecting more for the price. Not a bad purchase overall. Quality is great.

worked great for the first year resently ive been have connection issues hopefully i can get this resolved but over not bad great audio and mic

Well I've been a fan of Astros for years my first pair of headphones was Triton now its arctis. I just bought a pair of steelseries wireless pro also for me astro is better but my son loves the steelseries. They are both the best headsets in gaming.

it's really nice quality-wise, as to be expected of a headset this pricey, but, some things are a little eh, it takes a bit to boot up, and i noticed that on the deck, the virtual surround, though i never use it, doesn't really do anything when it is on (so, i just keep it off, which, you likely will as well, as, really, your more likely to select a profile (I went with music) and never switch to any others on it) beyond that though its a nice headset, and the fact that i never really have to charge it is a plus.

Fantastic headset. Everything about the Arctic Pro Wireless is just nice. Sound quality, unobtrusive software, features, it’s all here. Do pick it up on sale if you can though, it’s pretty expensive.

I love this headset. Also use it for my Samsung tv and it works fine. Great to be able to play games or watch tv while also talking with family or friends via the Bluetooth. Well worth the money.

I've used this for about a month now at least 6 days week. I use them with PS4 and really enjoying gamin more with this headset. I've tried other headsets but these are by far the best. They are on the more expensive side but worth the investment.

Got these for my husband for Christmas and he uses them every single day! He says they're super comfortable and really blocks out surrounding sound so you get the whole gaming experience! They were a bit pricey, but for the quality I think it was worth it.

I had lots of trouble getting and keeping these set up, and they’re really heavy. At least on my hair, the headband strap slides a lot and though comfortable, isn't secure, e.g. you can’t lean forward. Sound is decent, and the extendable mic with mute is a nice touch, but if your TV has Bluetooth, you don’t need the whole receiver situation.

At first they were great but didn’t use for a few months and it sounds like a 20$ headset now

even though this item isnt a brand new headset, this is hands down better then astro's. i own the astros 3'rd gen and i had more problems with that headset then this one. steelseries has a build and the sound quality is better then astros.

This is the best headset I’ve owned by far. The sounds is so clear, and they are pretty sound prof. They are easy to set up as well. If you need a good gaming headset for your PC this is it. They are worth the money

SteelSeries has a customer for life as long as they keep products like the Arctis Pro's on their product line. I can hear EVERYTHING!!. Expensive at first, but i dont see these ever giving me a problem.

I liked the headsets, they cancel out noise and I love that it comes with 2 batteries (that way when the one I’m using dies I could switch them out immediately without having to wait for the headsets to charge) the only problem was that I had to exchange them twice because the side for the right ear stopped working on two separate headsets. It’s a good thing i got the protection plan and that I was still within the 14 days so I didn’t have to repurchase the plan.

Can’t write enough just get them so great. Used them for a while now and no need to plug in cause of extra battery. So many accessories on the steel series site for good price. The headset is pricy but worth it

Honestly best headset I could have ever gotten! They are very pricey but they are totally worth it! Amazing sound quality and fats and easy connection to both ps4 and pc. Best headset for gaming and surround sound!

Good sound but not great. Easy to set up and battery life is almost unlimited!

Quality is 10/10 I love the fact I can hear my phone and my PS4 through them at the same time the the audio is great even wothout updating the software I was told it wouldn’t sound good without updating so I was afraid but they sound great
