I'm giving this 3 stars just based off the really crappy warranty that comes with it totaling 1 yr. I'm on my second pair after the left ear with no physical damage went out during the second year. The audio quality is the best and it really is the best gaming headset when it works. Steel Series base warranty of 1 yr is ridiculous for such an expensive headset. I expected better.

Beyond comfortable, and easily adjustable. Just enough volume control to make sure you aren't screaming when you talk, but enough volume to hear the games and chat without putting them on full blast. Easy to follow instructions.

I bought this head set because you can use it as a wireless headset with the PS5 and use Bluetooth from your phone to chat on discord at the same time and your are getting game audio from the game.

These headsets are amazing. Blow all others out of the park. They are pretty expensive, but the HIFI sound it produces makes it worth it. Make sure you purchase the one with the DAC. Oh, and these do n not have RGB lighting.

The best wireless headset for the PS5 you can get. Unfortunately, you're stuck with wired usage on Xbox though.

Excellent sound quality. Easy setup. Great build quality, unlike most other “premium” gaming headsets. Bonus: Bluetooth mixing in the fly. I can stream music or take a cell phone call while gaming without missing a beat.

Quality unlike anything else. Easy to setup, and with the DAC its easy to switch between any type of audio input or output. Waited a while to get a pair of these and I'm glad I did. Would recommend.

I bought this headset to use for skype calls and listening to music at work. It works for both of these tasks. I tried several other popular headsets (Sony, Bose, Jabra) and all had issues with the Windows Bluetooth driver, especially while my laptop was docked. The audio was completely garbled (granted, this is a somewhat esoteric use case). Since the dock for the Arctis Pro connects directly, this issue is avoided. I also like the multitude of settings (sidetone volume, audio vs call volume mix) and the removable battery with charger built into the dock. Wireless connection seems strong with no observed interference from the many other wireless devices in the office. The only improvements I would make would be adding active noise cancellation and the ability to pair two Bluetooth devices vs one.

Hands down the best wireless headset I have ever owned. I am coming out of a Steelseries wired set. Tow batteries keeps me gaming non stop. If you are on the fence just do it.

Love these headphones. Yes, they are pricey, but they sound amazing. I use them as I'm playing video games and the surround is awesome. Do no regret spending the money at all.

Amazing headset The sound is crystal clear for knowing where you hear the footsteps or any in game ques. Great quality build. I wish the wiring for the box was less. Other than that it's more than worth buying.

So far so good! Bought these since my last pair broke and have only had them a month so far. The sound is good compared to my last pair.

Coming from an older astro a50 and wanted to try something new. Out of the box I had to tweak the equalizer a bit but then holy smokes this sounds great! Worth the hefty price. The sound can be simply described as crisp.

this headset is amazing, i'm able to listen to my phone and game at the same time, also the mixer it comes with is the best i've used, you can have a battery charging while you have one in the headset and they last about 10 hours.

I have yoused so many headsets. And I'm super picky with my headsets, by far this is the best headset i have experienced in my entire life. Absolutely worth every penny.

Sound Quality is great and mic sounds great, too. The two batteries is very helpful. The battery seems to die a little quick, but it's nice to just pop it off and put a new one in.

One of the best headsets i've had to date, and that's saying quite a lot as i have owned many headsets over the years. a truly great recommendation for those who are getting into streaming.

The product has great sound and ok mic, I compared it to all for me I liked the bose gaming headset it's clean, clear, and can connect to anything.

Would have gotten 5 stars but if you have a big head these are very tight after 3 hours of straight gaming they hurt your head...

Easily connects to all of my devices and the sound is amazing. I haven't used with a PC outside of using for meetings. However, I use it with my PS4 and the sound is amazing and footsteps are loud and clear.
