They sound amazing and even better when you add them to an audio booster of any kind only thing is that i wish it would be compatible with every console straight out of the box

They are a little pricey but you are paying for something that’s very well made and works super well easy to set up. Highly recommend if your looking for a headset to really spend on.

Sound quality is good - not great. But the other features this headset provides is what makes it great. Setup is quick and easy and to transition from pc to my ps4 is awesome as well.

I love my Arctis, I've used a lot of other headsets like astro A50s and all the turtle beachs this is by far my favorite. The best feature no charge cords just a batterie swap every 12 hours.

If I write everything I have to say I’ll need a book. This headset is hands down the best I’ve ever owned. From music to gaming it’s just amazing.

Overall, the headset is good, very comfortable with nice features . However, it is advertised as an audiophile grade headset and I haven’t noticed much difference in sound compared to other decent headsets. Feels like the audiophile quality is not there but it is just a marketing strategy to justify a premium price. Nonetheless, I would recommend this product for its design and features (and not sound quality) if you have and want to spend extra cash.

replaced my wired turtle beach headphobes with this steelseries and im happy with my purchase. you just have to know how to adjust the settings to work the way that best fits you.

I don’t know where to begin with the pros of this headset but the first thing that caught my attention was the mix amp of course. It was so easy to use and create custom EQ’s that change in game as you change it on the Amp. The Mic on Max volume is tremendously loud and was a big shift from my previous HyperX Clouds. I was able to hear everything in game once I set up an EQ. Pairing was fairly easy as they pair to the amp out the box. I enjoyed the unboxing experience as well as the price matched the quality and experience. Worth the price overall if you’re in need of one of the best headsets out right now.

Comfortable but... I don't think it's worth the price. The sound quality is subpar. $100 headphones I had a few years ago sound better. The microphone quality is also nothing to write home about but luckily I have a good microphone plugged into my mixer. There's issue with fading sounds in and out if you have SteelSeries Engine installed. It likes to fade out games and calls if you have it installed. If something's quiet, it'll basically mute that audio stream. There's NO way to adjust this in the settings. There's random disconnect issues. It's NOT USB Type C and still MicroUSB. You're basically paying for comfort and a wireless 2.4GHz connection. Those are just the issues I share with other people. Issues that are mine and mine alone: The courier that delivered my package chucked it at the door so it's damaged and doesn't charge correctly. Both batteries never charge to full and the headset will randomly go from 3 bars to no battery in less than 20 minutes of use when it's supposed to get 10 hours. I want to like it, I really do but they're not living up to the hype at all and I expect more from SteelSeries in terms of quality.

Love this headset, I am able to use it to listen to tv without disturbing my family during the day while doing class work also able to use it for my video games.

Audio is fantastic for gaming, videos and meetings/calls. The microphone is a little on the weaker side but it is up to par with all the other SteelSeries headsets.

Love it! Noise canceling. The 2 batteries that it comes with. Awesome. Dont have to worry about batteries. Charges while playing and off.

Purchased for my grandson and he loves them. Somehow he was sent a Panasonic phone by Best Buy but that was easily returned to the store and the headphones reordered

Honestly the best headphones on the market in my opinion. The fact you never truly have let it charge and it has two batteries is the best selling point.

This is the one! Went through a couple different gaming headsets until my son decided on this one. Perfect mix of sound and comfort according to him.

Headset has good connection even at far distances and is the loudest headset i've owned. Mic quality is also up there with desktop mics from what others have said in calls.

White noise. We returned our set within an hour of delivery. Compared to the wired version these are far inferior. For the $$$ expected more. We will purchase the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Plus GameDAC wired again and enjoy the amazing sound and performance.
