Kinda a let down reading all of these great reviews about the headset. I thought it was going to be a no brainier with the money I was spending on these. Don't get me wrong, after some tweaking in the settings these sound amazing. Only when they work that is. I don't know if it is just a common problem for ps4 but the constant disconnects, and mic that's to quiet for anyone to hear me. It just gets old fast, and outweighs the positives of this thing.

I reeeally wanted these to work; they have dual wireless and removable battery, but they just didn’t. I tried using them with a replacement headset but had the same issues. The headphones cutout with the receiver, the software for it is below average (it works but has bugs). Since these have been out for a couple years at this point I’m wary to keep them, and for the price it’s just not worth the issues they have. From searching for solutions on the internet I found a common issue with the joint at the ear ups breaking as well, this didn’t happen to me but it was common enough to make it a sure reason I would not keep them.

Love the headset and all its capabilities, but would never suggest buying unless its through a third party of steelseries where you can get a pretty hefty extended warranty. I had an issue with an arctis pro wireless where the wireless transmitters screen went out, making it obsolete, and steelseries is absolutely terrible when it comes to support. They told me Id have to buy a whole new headset to get a new transmitter, as they don't sell them as a standalone product. It took me about a month of dealing with them to get said response. Overall good headset, but if issues arise, and youre forced to deal with steel series then you are S O L.

one of if not the best headset I ever owned thou it is pricey but still I believe its worth it.

This headset is amazing you can enable the Bluetooth and use the regular headset aswell!
