Its nothing special. Its small and not adjustable in size. It has a band for comfort but that does not at all change the size. You can stretch out the metal frame a bit and make it more comfortable if you have a big head. Its over priced and mic light is broken out of the box. I Would try to make it work with my big head if the light wasnt broken. Ill have to return this and try the LogitecGwireless or whatever its called. Looks bigger in size with earcups and frame. Paying this much for a headset or anything for that matter should be recieved in perfect mint condition.

Great device, battery life is just "decent" but they give you an additional battery that can be charged by the reciever. Clear audio and good mic. I use this on ps5 and pc, no issues working with either. Comes with a cord so you can plug it in if you choose.

OMG where do I start. These are such a comfortable headset and great implementation for gaming!!

I reeeally wanted these to work; they have dual wireless and removable battery, but they just didn’t. I tried using them with a replacement headset but had the same issues. The headphones cutout with the receiver, the software for it is below average (it works but has bugs). Since these have been out for a couple years at this point I’m wary to keep them, and for the price it’s just not worth the issues they have. From searching for solutions on the internet I found a common issue with the joint at the ear ups breaking as well, this didn’t happen to me but it was common enough to make it a sure reason I would not keep them.

Love the headset and all its capabilities, but would never suggest buying unless its through a third party of steelseries where you can get a pretty hefty extended warranty. I had an issue with an arctis pro wireless where the wireless transmitters screen went out, making it obsolete, and steelseries is absolutely terrible when it comes to support. They told me Id have to buy a whole new headset to get a new transmitter, as they don't sell them as a standalone product. It took me about a month of dealing with them to get said response. Overall good headset, but if issues arise, and youre forced to deal with steel series then you are S O L.
