Great overall headset. Only 3 stars cause it isn't the best with ps5 until update comes out. Great to have another battery to swap to on the fly. For ps5, don't recommend for ps5 until a software patch comes out.

Personally wouldn't recommend. The headphones are great for someone who wants to use a PC and connect to something else with bluetooth at the same time (like listening to music on your phone and listening to game music on your PC at the same time). But honestly after a year and a half of using these headphones, I wouldn't recommend them. The headphones disconnect extremely frequently, the batteries have definitely had to be exchanged more frequently, and my computer (and every other computer I have tried) does not recognize the headphones inside SteelSeries GG. I contacted SteelSeries about this and was given no answers after months of communication. They had no answer as to why these particular headphones would not should up in their software. Without SteelSeries GG, I cannot fix the disconnection issue (it happens because I am not using the mic) and I also cannot fix another issue where the volume randomly dies out then comes back. Another thing is that the headphones have went from 2-5 seconds to take to turn on after they randomly turn off to taking 15-20 seconds. Honestly I'd go with a different brand all together. TLDR: Disconnects frequently, steelseriesGG (software) can't recognize these headphones, volume dies out, battery life decays fast

The sound quality of this headset is incredible. I can say that without hesitation. However they drastically saved on design costs with the headband. I have a fairly big head, and after about an hour of gameplay it becomes very painful. I've tried all of the troubleshooting to stretch the band, however nothing seems to work. The band encloses the wires, so it's not practical to risk bending/snapping the band with more aggressive stretching. If you have a larger head, I definitely advise to avoid this headset. It drastically needs a new design for larger heads.

Honestly these are the best wireless gaming headset I tried.

After going through multiple turtle beach and other assorted headsets I landed on these. While more expensive than I initially was going to go with, having the ability to answer calls, and listen to your own music without taking them off is great! Plus, the ability to swap the ear cups and strap as well as the other customization options make this the top tier set.
