The Arctis Pro wireless is an amazing headset with a big problem, after wear and tear the ear muffs collapse and fall off, hopefully steel series does something about this.

Exceptional audio quality. It brings the game to you by allowing you to hear your surroundings. Works perfectly well with playstation 4, PC, Bluetooth devices and it even has a audio cable for devices with audio jac. Also according to the product's website, it is compatible with playstation 5 as well.

if u thing of buying this headset plz try first some other headset the really cool thing about this headset is the battery change but the sound sound horrible

I hated when it would turn off when someone wasn't speaking. The complete noise cancellation might be good for some but not everyone. I couldn't even hear when someone was talking. For that I didnt like them as well

i drove 3 hour to buy these they where the only headphones that did everything i needed and are wroth it mice are having a proble with the mic but looks like steelsires is going to replace them

Everything is good about this headset except for the batteries. While it comes with two batteries (one you can charge in the dock while using the other one) I feel like i'm always having to swap them out.

Audio: 5/10 took hours of tuning and it still isnt that good Mic: 3/10 Sounds REALLY low quality and belongs on the classic xbox 360 single ear headset. Build quality: 8/10 seems alright, very lightweight and made mostly of metal where it counts but I don't trust the hinge in the long term and I'm not keeping these long enough to find out if they hold up. Otherwise everything feels very nice and looks good. Comfort: 5/10 DISCLAIMER, I have a big head... These are not big head friendly. Cups are nice, but just a bit too small. my ears are cramped and the way the headset is designed puts too much pressure on the ears and after only a few hours my ears hurt. The fit itself isnt bad, I was afraid they would be too small overall but they are fine. OVERALL: 4/10 This has no right to be sold at 330 USD. If it were $160 Id give it a 6/10 maybe. Other gripes is that despite having the really handy replaceable rechargeable batteries included that charge in the "mix amp", the headset charges WITH FREAKING MICRO USB. For $330 I expect type C. The oled mix amp thing is pretty cool, it does STUFF and THINGS but it doesn't make up for the headset. The SteelSeries software is good. Skip this headset and try the Corsair Virtuoso.

So I am just like many other potential Wireless Headphones users in the market for this type of product. I want the best there is with great sound and a Mic I can tuck away because I will never use it as I have my own that is better. These headphones have great quality, and the DAC is super easy to connect so where did these headphones lose me? The sound was just not $350 - I wouldn't even say it is worth $150. I was choosing between these and Bost 700 and the bost was honestly just BETTER in every aspect from looks and sound profile. While these takes are certainly subjective, I think bose has killed these unless you for some reason NEED a mic on your headphones. In that case, I would tell you to look elsewhere because even with a god-tier mic it isn't worth $200 unfortunately. When you buy expensive headphones like this they need to be good for gaming but also general PC use and I just could not use them outside of gaming (which was a good experience just not great and certainly not worth the cost). I can say though that they were comfortable (though will get hot over time), easy to use, and had great construction. The Steel Series software was great and easy to use and allowed me to adjust them to a better sound profile manually they just lacked in the mids and lows substantially. They just faltered where it mattered most for me which is the most important part.

Everything is great but there's but!! Every time when I'm about to use my phone, like to unlock or about to type a text there's a beep "connected sound bluetooth". Like I'm aware that the headset is ALREADY connected in my phone or some other devices.

Their the best gaming headset I have used, I feel so immersed in the games I play and love the feature where you can have your phone connected at the same time is the best

10/10 would recommend for anyone who wants a quality wireless headset with an easy to use customization app. Lookup a setup video on YouTube when setting up to get a few settings changed to your liking.

If you want a competitive edge in any game whatsoever this is the one and only headset you will need in your lifetime. It has all of the features you would need to dominate the battlefield or games.

Honestly there fine headphones but there so overwhelming performances wise there not very comfortable they cost almost 400 bucks and there a complete garbage compared to Astro a50s also the way they adjust on your head is stupid ther uncomfortable and hurt my head

honestly i think im partly deff reason im giving it 4 stars but i could not get the EQ perfect and having to switch batteries every 9 hours was annoying

Another great headset. Way more reliable than Arctis 3 Bluetooth . Bought this for my gemehead son and he loves it. And I’m getting one more for myself for gaming. I really like the lcd panel on the remote which gives you so many options.

I only had the headset for a few days and so far so good. It's a little tight right now and hopeful it will loosen up soon.

This headphones are my favorite, out of any other headphones out there. Compare to other ones this will definitely noise cancel. The set up is a bit complex, but i really recommend it especially if you have alot of background noise.

At first I loved this headset; It sounded amazing but eventually the wireless gave out and no longer connected with the dock station. Had to return it...

I’m happy with the sound quality. However if I’m listening to music the battery only lasts for 8 hours or less. I’m glad it has a backup.

Works well, great pair of headphones but I wish it had a second USB connector so that it can be used for ps5 and pc and switch between the two
