Per recommendation from my husband's best friend, I bought these for him for Christmas. I know nothing about headphones, but he said they are my favorite gift I've given him other than a trip (we've been together for 10 years).

I bought this to replace the previous version that had lost sound in the left ear. This is slightly better but I wish the volume would go higher.

Sound quality is solid, not mind blowing but they are ridiculously comfortable. However, after a week of use the headset is no longer picked up by my PS4 or PC. Definitely not worth over $300 that’s for sure regardless of the defect.

This has become my favorite headset at I’ve ever owned. Coming from a Hyper X Cloud 2, which I absolutely loved. The sound is a big improvement over the hyper X, but the wireless aspect is probably my favorite.

4 stars out of 5 because the 1st one the left speaker went funky. Other than that its a great headset for ps4

They were great while they lasted. I have owned these for a bit over a year now, but today the left ear cup housing broke when I pulled them off my head. Other then that they have been great for the most part, I could get up from my PC and not worry about having to pull them off when I needed to go outside to check on something.

This is my second purchase. I really like this product. It’s really cool that i can answer calls and listen music while I game.

Meh...it has ups and downs like many others. Razer Blackshark V2 Pro is much better if not THE best!

Perfection. Figured Id wait some time to post a review to see if they held up or fell apart as others have mentioned. Ive had 0 issues with near daily use for 16 months.

These headphones worked fine, but I didn't get much more out of them than my cheap $70 wireless headphones. Also, I mainly got them to plug the aux into my audio system, but it created a ground loop so there was buzzing. I feel like they aren't worth the price.

Best gaming headphones ive ever owned. They are LOUD! I like that they also connect to my phone. So i can hear calls and texts. They cost too dang much tho.

Really good audio quality but the downsides are that it's microphone quality is not as clear as the wired version, and the batteries need to be swapped every other day which isn't a big issue if you remember to but it takes about 10 seconds total to swap them so if you are in the middle of a game it's an issue. For the price I expected more but it's not a terrible choice

Great gaming headphones - but more importantly I would like to commend the staff at Best Buy Brooklyn - Gateway for being so great in a pandemic and making this purchase easy - excellent staff

I was uneasy about spending so much on a gaming headset, but was more than pleasantly surprised. Most important thing is to disable the audio level ceiling that's on by default.

Thank you SteelSeries for releasing a high-end gaming headset. I like the external battery packs you can just pop in and out. Lots of fun using this product.

The headset has a lot of great features and was 100% worth the money. Only issue is the microphone is too sensitive, but can be fixed using a gate on different software found online. 5/5

Had it a year and 3 months and the left ear bud cup snapped off. I used them daily for work and games. Loved the sound, loved the range, loved the replaceable battery. For over $300 I assumed they'd be sturdier.

Has constant white noise while on, even with every setting turned off. Emailed SteelSeries and they said that is normal, because of the headset's 'enhanced drivers', while my current Arctis 7 has no noise and is half the price. Ridiculous to call them premium with constant static. No idea why so many sites can rate these so high and don't even mention the noise. Maybe most people don't notice, but it rendered them unusable for me.
